I absolutely loved Alma Animal Hospital! I got a new pup for Mothers Day and wanted to have her checked and get any shots she needed. From the moment we walked in I knew it was going to be a good visit! The staff is so warm and friendly and we hardly had to wait at all on a Saturday morning for being a walk-in! It was actually fun waiting in the front lobby area and talking to other dog owners and meeting their pets! All the techs were super friendly and totally sweet to our new puppy Zoe! They all seemed like they had a wealth of information and were so knowledgeable. Our vet was Dr. Jacob Worthington and he was so kind and caring and really took the time to find out if you had any concerns or questions, as well as spent a lot of time checking over our new pup. They found 2 types of worms in our puppy so I was glad I took her. The prices for the shots and other treatments were reasonable and well deserved. Our special Zoe had a good experience there and I will keep bringing her back! Plus they have better hours than most, open later each evening and longer on Saturdays than other clinics. Very impressed as a first time client!

Great staff and veterinarians. The location is perfect and they have late office hours which is amazing, and rare. My first encounter was an emergency with my dog and they treated us like we were old patients although my dog had never been seen there. Their staff went above and beyond to care for my dog. Specifically Dr. Ali, he called us after hours and on weekends for updates on our very sick dog. The dog had unusual symptoms and Dr. Ali did not stop until he found out what was wrong with him. Although my dog did not survive the sickness, they were so compassionate and helpful. They went above and beyond. Also, they have fair prices, which is a plus!

My dog up was very sick and pitiful and Dr. Rohani was recommended. They fit me in during a busy Friday. The staff was exceptionally caring and helpful. After taking a pic of my pup for the files, they even gave me a little refrigerator calendar with his pic on it. Dr. Rohani was very gentle and my dog was very comfortable around him. After determining that there was most likely just a bacterial issue he gave me the meds to keep my little buddy comfortable and heal quickly. The Dr. called me himself to check up on him on Sunday. Without a doubt, the kindest, best veterinarian staff and veterinarian around. These people really love animals!

the receptionists are welcoming and helpful, efficient and quick. every vet tech here has been excellent with both people/animal skills and knowledge. the vets here have been amazingly helpful and attentive for my two pups this year. every issue theyve had has been taken care of promptly and efficiently. ive never left with questions unanswered. these guys are the epitome of animal friendly. i havent had to spend more than was necessary. overall, it seems like ive been going here for years, but its only been a short while. i will be moving soon, but i wish i could take Alma Animal Hospital with me.

My pets have been patients for over 10 years. Dr. Ali and Dr. Worthington, Courtney & Co. are a great team. Ive been offered "the easy payment plan" on several occasions when something major went wrong. I havent experienced anything but compassion, encouragement and great advice from this practice. Expensive? You get what you pay for. The clinic is ultra clean, the groomer is great and I cant think of one thing that has been a negative for me, except that they arent God and cant keep all my guys alive forever. Highly recommend this practice.

Had been going there for a few years and every now and then I would sense they were trying to sell me things to bump the dollar amounts up but as long as I watched the bills they were very nice. My dog needed anti-biotics and he insisted me bring the dog in even tho I had family in from out of town and couldnt get there with her. I feel it is for money and I am headed up there to pull both dogs of mine records and since I have to drive the dog to another vet maybe after three years I will finally find out what the issue is...

We brought our new puppy here for a check up. The staff at the counter was very friendly and helpful. The vet was okay. She sort of stood there just looking at us. She didnt conduct a physical exam of the dog or review her teeth or anything that you see most vets do. They did weigh her and check her stool for worms so that was something. Not a terrible experience, but we were expecting a little more. The friendly staff made up for it a lot though and the prices seemed good with a discount for first visit.

The entire staff was unequivocally the best. Hands down. Patient, thorough, and polite. My dog have been to many veterinary clinics over the years but from now on I"ll keep my dog with Alma Animal hospital. Prices? If youre looking for quality care with fair prices, THIS IS THE PLACE!! Their pricing isnt the highest (tho it certainly could be) nor is it the lowest. Its typical for the area and probably a little lower than it could be I highly recommend.

Of late Stari, my best friend and confidante for fourteen years has been suffering from some aging problems. I took her to the Alma Animal Hospital to get her some help. The doctors and staff were extremely helpful and professional. From the time I went through the front door to the time I left the all exhibited a lot of care, concern and compassion for both Stari and me. I trust them completely because they truly have a calling for what they do.

I would say good in how friendly they are. Bad on the doc tries to hit you up with everything in the book that could be wrong and charge. You get the feeling he is over doing it and for the wrong reasons. Ive been a pet owner for 20+ years and I put this in line of price gouging and unnecessarily unfair care without full explanation. So if you do take your animal here beware of the facts and whats necessary for proper care.

I rescue a small breed i named her PARIS. she was very sick and she needed serious help to get her back in being healthy. Alma animal hospital helped me. they gaved her the meds she needed and treated her for hear worms. they allowed me to pay it off in 1 1/2 month. no vet would make a payment plan with me. he saved my paris. and she is doing better. IF ANY ONE READS THIS PLEASE KEEP UP W/ HEART WOMS PREVENTIONS.

Dr. Morrow helped me through a really hard time when I lost my first Australian Shepherd to cancer. Hes always been there for me in any situtation. Dr. Ali is fantastic as well. He really listens, understands and is totally passionate about what he does. Dr. Morrow has been doing this for 30 years and seen about everything you can see. I would follow these Doctors anywhere. Took my dog for an ear infection. Ive been looking for a permanent vet for all my pets. Flynn, a Rottweiler was greeted with love. Nobody asked me if he was a "nice dog" or acted shocked that he just wanted to be petted. Two animal nurses helped me battle him to let them treat his ears. Didnt act scared and where confident and Flynn is no lightweight. The price seems fair. Good experience.
