Havent been in the office in person first but just by calling to schedule a physical routine, The lady that is on the phone helping me schedule it is unfriendly and sound rude, when I ask for more details she just say "hold on a second" and put me on hold for over 20 minutes (I can hear her continuously puting me back on hold on the other line and typing) and therefore allow me to write this review while on hold. I would not recommend this scheduling lady to schedule your appointment. Ask for Tim to schedule your appointment if possible because he was so nice and friendly with me, he was the one that actually pick up the phone from holding to help me because apparently that other lady went ahead and work on a different task while putting me on hold for 20 minutes.

Dr. Nicole Johnson & her rude unprofessional nurse are both unfit to practice in the medical field. They do not care about their patients and dont like to be bothered with questions you may have. I was even told by the nurse not to ask Dr. Johnson any questions while getting my physical, how unprofessional can you be to tell a patient concerned about their health to not ask any questions. Aside from their rude & unprofessional attitude they dont follow up with you and could care less about your health. I should report them all. Please go somewhere else or you will be sorry! They dont help and dont care about patients. Stay Away! Youve been warned!!!

I had an appointment with Dr. Nicole Johnson at 8:30 am. Granted, I would have been a new patient to her, but I am not a new patient in the Novant Health system. I got to my appointment on time but was turned around because I did not arrive 30 minutes early. I made my appointment for 8:30 for a reason. I would not be able to make a 8am appointment. The receptionist wanted to know if I wanted to reschedule and the next appointment wouldnt be until November. Dr. Johnson can keep her appointments, because I refuse to allow her to waist my time again. Ive had a horrible experience with Novant health system lately. I think I am going to leave it entirely.

I have been taking my kids to this office for 4 years i have NEVER had an issue. Doctor Mendelson is 100% concered with anything occuring in my kids life and also referred me to a specialist when we could not find solution to the prior situation. I love the nurses there as well. They greet my child with love every time. I have a 4 year old thats been going there since birth and my 2 year old as well. I would not change their doctor for nothing!

I went to this location for the first time today for a regular annual physical. Dr. Mendelsohn was friendly and informative. The staff at this location was friendly as well. I had one of the first appointments of the day, so I cannot comment on their overall scheduling. My appointment was on time and I did not wait for any services. The woman that took my blood did an exceptional job of finding my veins which is always an issue. Thanks!

This facility has provided my primary care for over a year now. Waits on the phone can be a bit long, but the people working the phone are also handling reception inside. Some patience and understanding that they are doing the best they can goes a long way. Dr. Mendelsohn is one of the finest physicians Ive consulted in my adult life. He cares, listens, and has strong analytical and diagnostic skills.

I recently visited the office after calling in to see if they could handle my medical problem. They told me over the phone that they could. After I got to the office, filled out all the information, they informed me that there is no way they could see me. The office was virtually empty and they were pretty rude. I do not recommend this doctor.

I have been going to this practice for years and am very pleased with the service. I think Dr. Mendelsohn is a very knowledgeable doctor and the staff is nice and helpful. I also feel that the doctors in this office will refer you to other doctors that may be more knowledgeable about your situation if they feel they can not help you.

This has been my primary care doctor for years. Dr. Johnson is wonderful and you can tell she is really invested in her patients. My only complaint is sometimes I have had a long wait time, but if you schedule an early morning appointment they are less likely to be running behind.

I had a great first experience with Doctor Mendelsohn and will continue coming here for all my primary care visits. Doctor Mendelsohn was nice and very thorough. I made it in and out of the practice in 45 minutes even though there were several people in the waiting room.

If you are calling an establishment and the first thing that they say is "Hold Please", you know its not a good start. Even after 10-15 mins there is no response from their end, not even the decency to pick the call and say "We are busy and could you try another time".

Racist stereotype on me for being Hispanic and did not assist me in helping me alleviate my depression and anxiety symptoms did not prescribe me medicine and dr. Hendelson was very rude and uncaring about my situation!! will never go back!!

This is by far the worst facility I have EVER been to. They constantly have long waits and the staff are 90% brainless and rude. Even Dr.Hedge was very short and not thorough. I wouldnt ever go back here and Id never recommend them.
