This is not so much about medical care but more about care (although, these, I believe, are connected) and customer service. First, during a lab test after my first appt I was requested to check-in as for a regular new visit, and receptionist (Michelle) asked for every single piece of information anew, including not only standard info such as name, DOB, and insurance but also street and mailing addresses, phone numbers, name of emergency contact etc. etc., all without even offering me a seat. Then, during a follow-up appt. another receptionist asked for a copay amount that was almost double; I was told that they had contacted the insurance and my co-pay has changed mid-year; I was also told that they could not bill me for this co-pay later and that I had to either pay the amount they told me now or wouldnt be able to have the appt. NB My insurance knew nothing about any increases, the co-pays do not change mid-year (be aware!), all that make me wonder about the lengths of the receptionists imagination. I am giving it two stars not one because the physicians are competent, although somewhat disengaged and need several billable appts to come up with a solution. However, while you are not feeling well, to be "put through the works" by a mean or too creative receptionist feels like one thing too many.

Margaret has been my doctor for several years, and I cannot speak highly enough of her. My gallbladder up and checked out three weeks ago, and she and her medical assistant went about and beyond the call of duty to get me referred to a surgeon, answer all my questions, and respond to my concerns. Above just being "treated", I felt taken care of and respected, and that is huge. The Nurse Case Manager, Barb, who, for reasons that are many and varied, will always have a special place in my heart, also put her superpowers to use in helping me get a surgical consultation scheduled, and deserves a shout-out for her overall awesomeness and caring.

Receptionists are crabby and unhelpful. I tried to make an appt for an annual blood draw and was told it would be a month before I could be seen by my normal doctor. I asked to transfer to a different doctor at that location and was flat out told no. What kind of doctors office provides that kinda garbage service?! Seems like they are overworked and over booked.

They definitely need new receptionists. The only ones Ive ever talked to were so incredibly rude and unhelpful. Despite not being nurses or doctors, they deal with patients and should not have abysmal bedside manners. I did not feel they cared about my health, nor really anything but payment. I recommend trying a different clinic.

Ive been coming to this clinic since I was a JR. In high school and Ive never had a poor experience. The staff is always timely and kind. The Doctors care about everybody individually. I would highly recommend it.

Great doctors. Need to turn their phones off when their closed. Was on hold for 40 minutes before I realized they were closed. Partly my fault. Partly theirs.
