My new dentist for now on. The level of professionalism and caring could not have been any better. Im not exaggerating! My story: I had been up since 2am in pain for a tooth that I knew needed a root canal. I had an appointment for 12pm to see the dentist. I looked up their hours, and saw they opened at 7am, so I called at 7 on the dot. I told them that I had an appt at 12, but wanted to see if I could get in before that because of the pain I was experiencing. They told me to go ahead and come in, and they would work me in as quickly as possible. Soon as I got there, standard paperwork had to be filled out, as I was a new patient, but I was in a chair in 5 minutes after I had the paperwork completed. I had an exam done, root canal, and crown work done all before 11:30. I cant express how much it seemed like the entire staff there really cared about my well being, was truly friendly, and very very professional. By far the best experience that I have had inside a dental office!

I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE SEEN PEOPLE IN A HELPING FIELD CARE SO VERY LITTLE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS!! DONT EVER GO TO THIS DENTIST.!!!!! THIS IS THE WORST DENTIST I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE! THE STAFF WAS RUDE AND LAZY... AS IF I WAS BOTHERING THEM BY COMING TO THE COUNTER, I WAS MET WITH DEEP SIGHS AS IF I WAS PUTTING THEM OUT TO DO THEIR JOB. 2 TEETH WITH NERVES COMPLETELY EXPOSED AND ARE BROKEN SO SHARP MY MOUTH IS CONSTANTLY BLEEDING. THE FIRST DENTIST GAVE ME ANTIBIOTICS AND T-3, AND I WAITED FOR 2 1/2 WEEKS TO SEE ORAL SURGEON. ON THE STAFFS ADVICE I MADE A 7 AM APPOINTMENT IN ORDER TO "LIKELY" BE WORKED INTO HIS SCHEDULE THAT DAY. I ARRIVED AT 6:50 AM, AND SAT FOR AN HOUR AND A HALF BEFORE I WAS EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED. MEANWHILE OTHER PEOPLE WERE WORKED IN AND I HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER MONTH!! ADDITIONALLY, THE BATHROOM WAS OUT OF ORDER, AND I WAS TOLD TO GO NEXT DOOR, NO OTHER BATHROOM IN THE BUILDING!!! I AM FINDING A NEW DENTIST!!

They shouldnt even get a star, But I had to put one to comment. They gave my son a consultation for braces decided he needed them then told us to wait 2 weeks for a letter in the mail to see if our ins approves the braces. Its been 2 months and I call either no answer or the ortho is not in the office or nobody can give me answers. I called my ins myself they told me he was approved that to tell the ortho he is approved. Ha they said Ill have to wait another 6 weeks to receive a letter from greenburg dental stating that hes approved!! They phone staff is rude and rushes me off the phone also doesnt know anything. They cant schedule appts. Or Tell u anything. They are just there to tell u to sign here sign there wow

Worst experience in my life! They dont return calls, they dont check answering service messages, the answering service always answer, they dont sound happy when they do, certain staff members are rude, and I had to wait 3 mos to get a root canal and now its 3 mos later and still havent been able to get the filling done. Im being told they need to check it because they may not be able to fill it at this point. I feel bad for the Doc because of the bad staff. I guess u get what u pay for! I will never advise anyone to go to this place! The worst Medical care I have ever seen! Im sure these reviews are falling on deaf ear at Greenberg!

Worst place ever !!! Extremely poor customer service walked in the door 7 am appointment to find out the office stay can not verify My insurance because I didnt have my card... this was never the issue at two other companies whom were able to take a few extra moments to run benefit coverage by using my demographics and verify plan availability. Definitely not how I plan to spend my time checking into a rude doctors office over the next two years. #Not the only orthodontist in Lakeland

There is no point in making an appointment here because it is not honored. You wait approximately 2 to 3 hours AFTER your scheduled time and nobody even apologizes for the delay, after you are moved to a room you still have more waiting to do. I am currently here the place is closed and the employees are cleaning up to go home and I still havent been, obviously there is no respect for the patients.

Never can get anyone to answer. Answering Service stays on all the time. The rare time someone did answer I was told they dont check answering service messages. Also lost all my childs information. Jennifer in the office has yet to call me back from when she promised over a month ago.

Staff is a pleasant to work with, I really enjoy their service and prices! Just had a root canal today, and all went great no pain during treatment. Cant believe how painless the treatment was. The staff and Doctor was awesome and I would highly recommend.
