DO NOT GO HERE! Do yourself a favor and go to yelp to get honest reviews. I have never felt so taken advantage of with a dentist in my life. I am horrified in how they do business here. I went here with the attraction of the braces being $3,000 and they offer payment plans of $100/month. First, I wanted to get my annual teeth cleaning that my insurance provides. I went in for my exam which they require for new patients, still in mind, that I know I needed my teeth cleaned and that is all I wanted, Just a BASIC teeth cleaning that I get every year free with insurance a $40 service, The dentist knew that is all I wanted. I have not had any teeth problems since I was a kid, but according to the dentist that checked out my teeth I all the sudden need over $2,000 worth of work. And tried to "upsell" me on a DEEP cleaning ( whatever that is which also costs about $350 compared to the $48 that a basic cleaning is, interesting) as opposed to my basic cleaning. I told them all I wanted was my basic cleaning that my insurance provides. From then on, my appointment was extremely uncomfortable. The "hygienist" came in, didnt even introduce himself, was super rude and wouldnt even talk to me. It was as if he was pouting that I wasnt giving them more money for a "deep" cleaning, Now, everyone knows a basic cleaning means scraping of ALL your teeth and polishing etc. Takes at least 30 minutes. Well this guy came in, brushed my teeth, flossed them (asked me if I knew how to floss) and scraped about 4 of my lower front teeth and that was it. I was out of that chair in 10 minutes. He looked at the rest of my teeth and said "yea the rest is under the gums, we need a special machine for that" Are you serious?!! I felt completely taken advantage of, and was so frustrated that all I wanted was a basic cleaning and they couldnt even do that, Icalled them the same day to ask for another appointment to get my service done correctly and explained to her exactly what they did for me. She put me on hold a few times, and came back saying "well we offered you a deep cleaning and since you didnt want to take it, we gave you what your insurance provides, which is basically a POLISHING." I was furious! So I asked her if that is what my insurance was paying for?? Nothing got resolved, and my insurance ended up paying them for a service they did not do. Stay away from this place, it disgusts me how they run their business. I am in the middle of a fraud claim with them and my insurance The unfortunate thing is, I was planning on going there for braces, but I will never step foot in this place again No dentist should ever be ran like this one.

!!!!!!!PLEASE READ!!!!!!! Ive missed like 3 payments on my account with Risas Dental And Braces the reason why is because i was in the middle of the process of getting Dental Insurance. So know that I Have been provided with Dental Insurance payed a visit to Risas off of 44st and McDowell rd. On Monday September 4 at 7:00pm. I explained my situation to front desk associate and she was polite to me I gave her my Insurance information so she could look me up in the system. Know this is what happened I let her know that the in the last visit I had with Risas a Dentist associate forgot to trim the wire on the right side of my mouth so its been poking my mouth ever since. Not only that the straight teeth i used to have on my left side of my mouth are now split apart and also my lower teeth Im guessing cause the brases are still pulling on them . But thats all my fault I take full responsibility my teeth pulled apart but the wire pokes me everytime i speak. So now HERE IS THE PROBLEM, the front desk associate tells, "Me sure well give you a call or email you when to let you know if your Insurance went thru." So after I explained my struggling situation that was all I got as a respond. I did not like that at all I felt like i WAS NOT taking in consideration nor serious But know that ALMOST FOUR DAYS have passed and still no call or email I am feeling completely ignored even after i have already giving 1k of my money to Risas Dental for their service I am getting nothing in return I have to go on their website and try to schedule an appointment my self because it "SURELY TAKES A WHOLE WEEK TO RUN SOMEONES DENTAL INSURAMCE AND GET BACK TO THEM" and you also get a wire down my check jabbing at my cheek everytime I speak and all your teeth pulled apart by the brases.

Lo peor. fui con un dolor de muelas insoportable a que me quitaran el dolor. y nada mas me hisieron como si me pusieron unos rellenos. pero el dolor no se quito fui a wester deltal a los dos dias despues, me quitaron el dolor lo peor esque me dijo el doctor de wester deltal, que no tenia ningun relleno en esa muela. y me dio todas la pruebas de que no me hisieron nada me cobraron 300 dolares. y no me quisieron regresar el dinero osea que pague para nada, en wester deltal pague 80 dolares me dieron pastillas para el dolor y hera solo una infeccion en la muela... y solucionaron mi problema en minutos.. tengan cuidados no se alas de mas personas que trabajo les hacen, pero conmigo abusaron son unos ladrones tengan cuidado...

Extremely frustrated with Risas, so glad I am almost done with treatment! My mother was in an accident and needed to be taken to pick up the car rental by 6 pm, my appointment was at 5:30. I called at 3 p.m. to see if I can be seen as a stand by and they said no that they already have standbys and it would be a month and a half before I can be seen. Thats just CRAZY! You guys schedule way to many patients and do nothing to help people with an emergency situation. I have been with Risas since March of 2015 not once have I missed an appointment nor have I been late with my payment. But your team couldnt accommodate me with this one request. NOT GOOD BUSINESS.

THE BEST DENTAL OFFICE !!!! I was here about 1 week ago and I have to say I was very impressed the front office was super friendly and when I was taken to the back all the assistants had a smile on their face, Dr.Coleman explained everything I needed and assistant Maria gave me very clear information in regards to the cost and options I had. Overall I couldnt have made a better choice Im getting my dental work done at a very affordable price, with professional staff that makes me feel comfortable! Looking forward for my next appointment. Definitely recommend this office to anyone who needs dental work. It was totally worth my time and drive.

Arcadia office in phx east mcdowell rd. Front desk very nice. Long wait times. Doctor rushing from person to person. Temporary crowns falling apart on the first day. They will expect you to pay for dental work that hasnt been done. Will not see you until bill is completely paid. They do offer credit options with interest. If you like to pay in cash schedule several different appointments so you will not be overwhelmed with a large bill do whatever you can afford first or whatever is most important to you. Dont let them over charge you. If so they will refuse to complete the rest of your dental work. Worst experience ever beware.
