I love this place but recently they wont stop hounding me to schedule a check up for my daughter. Once I didnt answer they started calling other family members. The reason I didnt call back is because THE LAST TIME I WAS IN THE DR WE SAW SAID DONT WORRY ABOUT IT" that we have been in twice and shes healthy. I asked her if she was sure and she said yes. When I just called to make the appointment and told this to the woman she said its impossible because I wouldnt have been able to schedule because I was there a year ago. I KNOW THIS. thats why when I was in A MONTH AGO I asked if I should make it and once again she said no, dont worry about it. Maybe instead of hounding me and calling family members like its a life or death situation they should all get on the same page. Now it looks like Im not doing my job as a mother when I had specifically asked if I needed to schedule it!!!

Today was the last straw with this place....Three of my daughters are seen here, or at least they were...I showed up for my daughters 1 pm apt today which the clinic robo called three times yesterday to confirm - only to be told that "Im sorry you must have not got the letter we sent stating your daughter can not be seen because of tardiness" I responded that we havent been tardy except once when the other receptionist filled out our apt card with a 230 pm apt and marked it in computer as 2 pm. my daughter has a persistent cough which we have seen doctor for 3 times and Dr Cohen has yet to treat her for. Absolutely ridiculous place.

I love the experiences we have had with Dr Fee. She has been a wonderful Dr for my kids. I have had difficulty with the front staff - they speak down to you if you dont schedule appointments 6 months in advance. It makes me wonder why they dont have a system that prompts them to call patients when they open a new block of appointments to get them scheduled as opposed to scolding them when they didnt know the process.

I cant say enough good things about Dr. Wyllie and the whole staff at this office. They are all professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, super quick to respond to concerns and efficient. I trust them completely with my sons medical care!

Love the doctors and nurses. Dislike the front office. The scheduling is very hard to get into. They scold you for not scheduling months in advance.
