In all my years of adopting dogs, I have never come across a adoption agency that does not return any emails or calls. I first contacted this agency regarding a medium dog by the name of Lorenzo. The email sent on 5/9/16, followed by two more emails days apart and a phone call with my contact info. I am beginning to think that this particular dog never existed and the picture shown was not real. I have a lot of contacts in this field and will make sure that "beware" of the possibility of no contact if you call. I am truly sorry for these dogs that are not going to be adopted due to the inept of how this place is being ran. Unfortunately, I had to give them a star, I want to be clear about this, I give this place a MINUS STAR!

The only reason I gave four stars is yes, they dont really answer phones that quick. But in there defense they process so many people and there pets its pretty hectic. But they are cheap knowledgable and quick. Read the website FIRST! And you prob wont need to call to ask questions. I think the low stars are from lazy/unorganized peeps that dont do there research before calling someone who is really busy at a clinic that is open 3 days a week. Get a clue. And ask your kids how to do your homework.

Dont know how this place has good reviews. I called to make an appointment to get my dog fixed an had a few questions for them an the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude i would not feel comfortable taking my dog there afrer the way the lady treated me over the phone. (Its called being professional take your job serious) an if your that miserable maybe working in a veterinary clinic is not for you.. Really disappointed

Horrible. The staff is rude. I had to have my husband bring our cat to its appointment and nobody was there despite being told I could bring the cat between 730 and 930 am. When called back I was lied to. I had my husband call and the woman he spoke to was incredibly rude. Will not ever call or use this place for anything ever again.

Very nice place to take your pets for cheap shots and to get there nails trimmed or to get your dog or cats spayed or neutered the staff is very friendly and it is a very clean place it is also a no kill shelter and you can also get a chip put into your dog. This is the best place in Pueblo,Co.

I have had both my dogs "fixed" here. One spayed & one neutered. I also have gotten both chipped, in case they ever get away. This office offers very competitive rates, and the staff are fabulous. They all made me feel very comfortable about leaving my "babies" with them.

Unsatisfactory customer service! One of the staff that come to get my cat grabbed my cat by he back of the neck an ripped her out of my wifes arms, needless to say wont be going back there again

Youll save money by going here but it wasnt the most welcoming of places. Our cat healed quickly and had no problems. They offer something to help with the pain.
