Took my kids here today. My 5 year old son got a young girl dental hygienist that was very sweet and helpful. My 6 year old daughter however was not as fortunate, her dental hygienist was a older lady with white hair i want to say her name tag said norma or Mona. She was trying to get an xray of my daughters mouth and my daughter kept saying it hurts your hurting me. The lady was obviously annoyed with my daughter and started to become forceful with her, slamming items on the counter, rolling her eyes, making rude comments such as " you have obviously done this before because you have had dental work done so i dont know what your problem is now" im not sure what she was thinking treating a six year old girl the way she did.my poor daughter looked at me like she wanted to cry . i almost took my daughter out of her chair and left but we had a difficult time trying to locate a dentist nearby who accepted our insurance so i made the choice to calm her down and talk her into just getting the visit over. The only reason im giving this place 2 stars is because the first girl who helped my son. The doctor was in and out both times and didnt take much time to look or explain. Please if you take a child in here dont let them go back alone. I can only imagine how this lady would have treated my daughter had i not been there.

It was absolutely horrible. The dentist is good but the assistants always have an attitude. They dont call the day before your appointment and if you miss it youre screwed. When I called they caught an attitude again. Then when I get here I had to get my insurance approved to get my root canal done. The women at the front desk were supposed to fax the information. After about 3 weeks with a giant hole in my tooth we called and they hadnt even faxed it. So when they finally faxed the info my insurance company reacted IMMEDIATELY. So i basically went a month with a giant hole in my tooth because the snobby women that work here werent smart enough to simply fax some paper work. This is the worst service Ive ever received and I will never come back here. Definitely do not recommend.

This is by far the worst dentist Ive ever been to!!! I called 4 times to verify a preauthorization for a surgery and was told it was done and my insurance would cover. I Had the procedure done only to find out "Mary" never did the preauth and my insurance only covered about %20 leaving me with a huge bill. I have called a dozen times and never get anything accomplished as someone is always passing the blame. This is what Id call the "Wal-Mart of Dentist". Dont go here!!! They deserve no stars.

I have slight anxiety about going to the dentist after some bad experiences from other places and I found this place to be amazing. The women at the counter were friendly and helpful. The assistant who took my x-rays was really nice and joked around with me a bit, which helped lessen my anxiety. On top of all that the Doctor was very personable. He answered all my questions and went over everything with me. I will definitely be recommend them.

I have had a Co-Worker set up an appointment for a cleaning she took time off worker and sat in the waiting room for 2 hours and was never called in for her cleaning appt. while several people that came in after her were treated and left. This morning my husband had a scheduled appt. at 8:00am and has been in the waiting room since 7:45am and it is now 10:00am. He left, this is ridiculous.

I had no problems getting a appointment very soon. The staff is so nice and informative of what they are doing. The dentists are great and make sure that the work is done with little to no pain and that you understand everything. The cost is very reasonable. A lot cheaper than my old dentist. And quicker to get in.

If you can get past the disgusting waiting room and restroom youre great! The dr and staff are friendly and very knowledgeable, they offer an in house savings plan that is beneficial. There is a dead bug in their waiting room that was here on my last visit...5 weeks ago. Gross.

Was gonna make appointment after reading about the Drs being good but when I made a call the receptions response was very rude put me off right away . Hence 1 star . Maybe with some more training regards customer service. And manners Id consider some more stars .

Helpful, considerate, and reasonably priced. I had an emergency today and they were able to see me immediately, resolved my immediate problem, and referred me on to a specialist to fix the underlying cause. Great people!
