When my crown broke off less than a week before Fourth of July, I assumed Id have to wait until after the holiday to get in. Although I wasnt in any pain, they did everything they could to get me in before the busy weekend. They got me in the next day and even though I had lost the tooth and they had to extract it, they made time to do it so I could enjoy my holiday! Dr. Theodorou and his staff are so caring and nice as well as so knowledgeable and good at dentistry. It is now only about 19 hours after having all this done, there is no swelling left and it feels so good! I will definitely go back to Dr. Theodorou to now do the finishing work on this tooth "area" and the rest of my dental work. They are awesome!

I had an old crown replaced. I felt zero pain throughout the entire procedure and was so relaxed (with only topical drugs) that I nearly dozed off. Besides being chipped, the old crown (put in by another dentist) never felt exactly right -- it was too flat on the chewing surface, and always felt like there was a little gum or something stuck on it. The new temporary crown feels great, and I suddenly have those little ridges on that tooth again!

Dr. Heffernan and the staff at Strongsville Dental Associates are OUTSTANDING! I had several restorations completed over the holiday season and my entire experience at this office was WONDERFUL. Dr. Heffernan is so warm and welcoming and I didnt feel a thing! He redefines the dental experience!!! I would recommend this office to anyone searching for a dental home....Strongsville Dental Associates is the place for you!

The girls are all phenomenal dr. T is also very personable and competent. I drive a distance because I believe they stay more on the natural side of dental procedures and letting the body help in the healing process of all dental problems my experience has been wonderful the bonding that Cindy does is artistry at its best she completely changed my life with the way she fixed and bonded my teeth

Strongsville Dental Associates has been my choice since they came to Strongsville. I have had extensive work done and both Doctors are excellent and I trust both of them. Their staff is wonderful and everyone has always been kind to me and receptive to giving me the earliest appointment possible when I am experiencing a problem. This morning I had to have a temporary crown. A lady by the name of Cindy and Dr. Heffernan collaborated in the effort. They both made me feel comfortable, and kept me informed of what they were going to do to create and install the crown. They were both very knowledgeable, and I felt a sense of trust throughout the process.

I had a bit of an emergency and it turned into an adventure. The office staff got me in right away and Dr. H and his staff were exceptional. The office staff and dental care staff function individually and collectively in a highly professional, caring manner. They even gave me a blanket! 5 star office in every way.
