I made an appt for my husband and myself. Over the phone before scheduling the appt I confirmed they accepted our insurance since I also work in the medical field. They even asked me for my policy # and confirmed they did accepted it, I even asked if we will have any patients responsibility and was advised that the will run the insurance and let us know of any payment the day of the appt. Anyways, went to the office filled out all the paper work, made copies of the insurance and waited like 30 minutes in the process, ended up they DO NOT accept our insurance because is a different type of policy compared to the ones they do accept. They could have told me that over the phone when they asked me for my policy # etc. Instead we both wasted our time by going to the office while we could have made an appt with an office that would have accepted our insurance. Left the office really disappointed!

I was treated so nice! It was my daughters first visit. Dr. Joanne Ledoux treated my daughter and she was GREAT! She was very informative, professional, and had a sense of humor. The staff was professional and nice. Thank you! I really recommend this place!
