Okay I must say that the supporting staff ARE GREAT, because they seem authentic and genuine. But this place is just a typical chain organization that has a serious management issue. I am not saying I know how to run a clinic nor I am an expert in dentistry, but its seriously understaffed and the chained clinic/dentists care more about making money and arent transparent about why they want to do certain things on you, nor they are great at building relationships with clients. I wish they were more about creating a long lasting relationship with the patients. My only guess is that the dentists are just way too busy. Last time I went for cleaning, the dentist suggested to get some fillings done. Ok fine, lets do it, even though I was suspicious of whether they were necessary. I agreed to get four out of the 6 teeth done. It was a Tuesday morning, and I waited 2 hours and they numbed my mouth with shots!! Then I realized that its going to take them another hour more to get the fillings done, so I just left because of my other plans, so I got numbed for nothing. The dentist didnt seem to care or acknowledge. (Luckily I later on showed my teeth to another dentistry professional, and said my small spots seem more to be stains than actual cavities and there was no need for filling yet. Ended up saving me $180+). If I were the doctor I would have apologized for taking so much time and for the patient to wait so long. Its sad that going to the clinic feels like going to the car shop, some of them just take advantage of you in order to make more money. Leaving the clinic for good & I do not recommend anyone to come for service.

Everything was going fine until there Ortho went out for maternity leave. I get a call telling me two days before my child appointment that her Ortho is out and She has to be rescheduled. Adding another 2 weeks to the already 8 week wait. I agreed since I knew her Ortho was infact pregnant. The day before her appointment I decide I should check to confirm appointment time, since it was not one I would normally schedule. They tell me she has missed he appointment that it was the day prior and it will be 8 weeks before they can see her. After showing them the appointment card they wrote. The apologized for their mistake, however they were unable to see her still for 8 more weeks. This would make it 4 and a half months without treatment. I called their 800 line and they were able to schedule me for the following week, again their local office calls me and tells me they cant see her and it was a schedule mistake made by their call center. After calling the call center again they tell me they are not aware of their Ortho being out on maternity leave and they see an open schedule ready to be filled. After calling the local office again and asking why the call center was not aware of their Ortho not being available, they got an attitude and again told me if I wanted my child to be seen it would be another 8 weeks and that was the end of discussion regarding my child. My child had a protruding wire and a broken brace so I immediately found another local Ortho R.32 that gave her immediate profesional and caring treatment.

In March 2017 I took my grandfather here for a denture consultation, after the consultation they quotes us and we put a down payment to schedule the appointment for surgery. The day after we decided the price they quoted us was out of budget and decided to cancel. Upon canceling the next day, they proceeded to take another installment out of his bank when no work was done. We have since asked for a full refund, and we get the run around. The front desk always says the manager is not there or is busy and we never get transferred over to her. They tell me they will give her the message about our refund then no call is received. We have even called the main office in California and they have told us that a refund request has not been submitted so we call them back and they say that it has been submit. Someone is lying, its been well over 5 months and still no refund. To make matters worse my grandmother passed away and all source of income for my papa are gone. This place cares nothing for their patients, they are there to take advantage of those with little money collecting interest on money that should have been paid back within 30 to 45 business days and say they will do things and do not follow through.

I had a bridge placed and not even 6 months later it is already coming apart. I got an infection and had to go to another dentist because when I told brident dental it was loose and I was in alot of pain they said "that was normal" they didnt want to mess with me anymore. There was also a little girl who came in who had just gotten braces and wanted them removed because she was in so much pain and wires were sticking into her gums. So now Im supposed to pay $4300 for work that didnt even last 6 months plus pay another dentist to fix everything brident messed up. Although I had been making monthly payments to brident I missed a couple due to paying another dentist and I even asked brident for lower payments since I had to pay them and someone else so they turned me over to a collection agency. Didnt even get a response from them about lower payments when i was actually trying to pay them even though the work they did didnt last.. dont do the work but they still want their money. Will never recommend to anyone and yes you wait a very long time while the front office are on the phone texting.

This my second visit here and I suggest they get better trained front desk staff. Each time I have come they take forever to verify insurance information and I feel like if I tell you I have an appointment with my child on a different date then this tells you we have the same insurance and that whatever problem you had with the first visit should not happen on the next visit if you have done your job and transferred the info to all charts related, instead of sitting behind the desk looking crazy and gossiping about the patients and yes I did hear what was said about me and it was very unprofessional. This front desk staff needs training in professionalism and to be educated on what insurance they cover and all the ins and outs of what each insurance covers. I really cant tell you how the dentist service is because each visit was past 2 hours and I had to reschedule. The waiting room is the only nice thing I can honestly say about this establishment.

Made an appointment to get an evaluation on a molar that needed a root canal, and to have the root canal. I had a referral and was very specific in what I needed done and on what tooth. It took a week to even be seen in the office and was told they didnt know if they do the root canal that same day or if Id have to do a separate appointment .the staff personal was extremely rude. A week later I arrive at 8:50 for my 9 oclock Appointment, was told I was to early to be check in. The dentist didnt even arrive until 9:15 and I wasnt seen until 945 to then be told that they will not do a root canal on a molar and I would need to be referred out. Do not water your time or money these people have no idea what they are doing. I just pray they refund my co-pay properly and dont charge my insurance sense they refused to treat me.
