My husband called this place in extreme pain and scheduled an appointment. He was told that they accept our insurance. When he got there after driving 20 miles, he was told they were not in our insurance network. When he said that he asked on the phone when he called, the receptionist told him "Well it was not me you talked to." She was the only person in sight. The first time I called I got no answer, the second they picked up and immediately hung up. When she finally answered she cut me off and put me on a 4 minute hold. I hung up when I got another call and then called back about 5 minutes later. The receptionist said she was checking in a patient and would call me back. Meanwhile my husband was sitting in the waiting room. She called me back and told me they were out of network, and when I said you told us on the phone you take out insurance, she said we do, as an out of network provider. I said that is an oxymoron. You should tell people on the phone that you will file a third party claim as an out of network provider, and not say you take the insurance. Saying you take the insurance would imply that you have a contract with our insurance and you do not. I was then told my insurance is a contract between me and them, and it was my fault I did not know they were out of network. I said so basically had i worded my question are you contracted with my insurance instead of do you take my insurance, you wouldve told me the truth? She said yes that would have been a smarter way for a patient to ask. I told her that was a very backhanded, deceptive way to do business and she hung up. She then proceeded to be extremely rude to my husband in the waiting room, and told him they would see him but they would not take care of the third party file anymore, he would have to pay in full, and then said so do you want to been seen? My husband simply said no, and she said back well than you can excuse yourself now. Neither of us were rude, raised our voices or used profanity, just simply asked the necessary questions. She became hostile when she was forced to admit she was a liar. As a person who has a 20 year background in the medical field, I am appalled by the lack of customer service and the deceitful way they conduct themselves. It seems they do an awful lot of tricking people into being cash pay patients. Not to mention the rude receptionist. I would not take my worst enemy to this place. I will honestly go to the ER to get through the night to get me to a honest dentist in the morning before I would ever consider going here again. Nasty, lying practice.

I am beyond thankful for this place and the lovely personell within it. I had a bad abcessed tooth that my dentist (My mother works for a dentist so i get seen for free) couldnt extract due to placement difficulties so i hunted for someone to get me in ASAP, due to the sincere pain i was having with the broken abcessed tooth. I had no insurance and unfortunately my workplace only offers insurance to pull time employees so the hunt for someone was awful... I knew itd be a good chunk of change BUT they were nice enough to put me on a payment plan! The extraction went very well, not painful at all unless you cant handle shots in the mouth. 2 weeks later, Im painfree, its healed perfectly with the antibiotics and ibuprfen i was prescribed which wasnt too pricey. If it wasnt for Dr. Awad I would still be in great pain! Her and her assistant were very friendly and professional! Made a dental visit welcoming and low-stress atmosphere despite how hard it was for her to get my tooth (which came apart in pieces) out. Ill definitely go back for care if theres anything in my future that my dentist cant do!

I was very disappointed by my care at this office. The front office staff and dental tech were very nice and friendly. But the dentist ignored my massive swelling (told me it was only from the black eye I had gotten earlier in the week) and didnt actually examine my tooth. Only went by x-rays. Despite a massive break in my tooth and huge bumps of swelling on my gums, the x-rays showed no abscess so she told me to wait the 10 days till my appointment at my regular dentist for a root canal. I had wanted to just get it extracted because half of my face was swollen and the tooth was hurting like hell and I thought it was too far gone to be saved. But she convinced me it was fine. I went home and it continued to swell. I had to call the office back the next day and ask for painkillers and an antibiotic because it was getting so bad. I ended up going to a different dentist the next day, where he told me there was no way a root canal could save it and did an extraction right there. My trip to this office cost me wasted money, and a lot of unnecessary pain and agony. I would not recommend.

Had my wisdom teeth taken out about 6 days ago, started having severe pain 2 days ago.. called the dentist who performed the wisdom tooth removal and was told that the pain usually gets worse before getting better, I waited and the pain was getting worse and unbearable, tried calling my dentist again and had no answer. Called emergency dental and they said it sounded like a dry socket.. got me an appointment within 30 minutes of calling, Have two dry sockets so they numbed and packed me with medicated gauze and gave me some pain meds since OTCs just were not cutting the intense pain and now I am sitting at home pain free. The staff was amazing!! quick, friendly and very honest about the prices of things when I went in. I assumed I would be paying much more than I had to since I was visiting a EMERGENCY dentist in the evening on a weekday and my insurance only covered a small amount of my Co-pay and the rest of the procedure was out of pocket. I am so thankful for this place and for taking the time to explain post care and relieving my pain!!

Wow!!!!! First off absolutely 0 pain. The team pulled two teeth in one visit the first visit & was on my way home in less than one hour! I have made 3 different trips to 3 different dentist and spent a small fortune at each attempts to be releaved of the intense pain. And while in thr process of waiting 2 weeks for a dental sergoun to see me , I could not wait any longer I broke down and went to the ER for antibiotics & pain releaver. While waiting in a very long line for my prescription to be filled I discovered on Google Emergency Dental Care USA . I called at 3:30 and had an appointment at 4:45 I got there at 4:30 & I walked out of there by 5:05. The services are unnpecable. Talk about making America beautiful again Dr.Aiken, Yesenia & Marcy,Om did an excellent job at a fraction of the price with 0 pain! Stacy McManus

My face swelled up pretty big 2 weeks after I had oral surgery (Removing 2 wisdom teeth) with Monarch Dental. I was really frightened and tried to get a hold of Monarch for a whole week when this suddenly happened and they wouldnt call me back. I called Emergency Dental and within a few hours I got an appointment. The dentist was very personable and talked to me about everything. My mom was in the waiting room and said that he was the same way with the other patients. Anyways, he diagnosed me, and the very next day my swelling was down 2/3 of the way with the prescription. I really love this place. It was a great relief to find a place that was willing to help and not just shove surgeries down my throat. Thank you so much, guys!
