I went to Dr. Bowman and had braces put in for 11 months to fix my open bite. Once my braces came out, there were a couple of things that I was unhappy about. One of those things was my retainer that broke after a couple of months of receiving them. I reluctantly paid full price for a replacement, but did not feel it was fair. He acknowledged this, and gave me a full refund. He didnt have to, but he did anyways. I also felt a bit of an open bite on one side of my mouth. After hearing my concerns, Dr. Bowman sat down and went over my treatment from beginning to end. His explanation made me realize that he did everything he could to give me the best results and I couldnt agree more. No one should expect perfection, as that is very unreasonable. If you start to nitpick than you will never be satisfied. My teeth look beautiful and I am able to accept that and be happy now. If you are thinking about getting braces and arent sure where to go, Dr. Bowman is your guy. I have never in my life had someone be so genuine and caring about how I felt. He went the extra mile to fix my problems and I walked out happy. I am forever grateful for what he did for me. If you are indecisive on where to go, just stop thinking and go see him. You will not regret it.

The doctors and entire staff at Grace & Bowman are superb!. They are always friendly, always accommodating, and always sympathetic. They have never failed to work with me on scheduling appointments, payment or anything else, and I have always been given a personal level of service unparalleled with any other medical providers I have treated with (except the oral surgeon they sent me to, Dr. Chad Marshall is great too). Especially as an older patient (30s), their encouragement and accommodation made orthodontic treatment as an adult as painless as it could be. NOT TO MENTION how thrilled I am with the results after getting my braces off!! You cannot go wrong with this fun and professional group. My sister and two others at my office also received ortho care from Dr. Grace and they ALL recommended him highly, as do I.

When we arrived in FWB our daughter had been in braces for almost a year. After two failed attempts at having her seen at a different orthodontist (horrible experience to say the least), I called Dr. Bowmans office desperate to get her in to be seen as it had already been over 2 months since she had her braces maintained. I was so glad to receive such wonderful treatment and great service there! I called on a Thursday and they were able to get her in the following Tuesday. The doctor gave her an exam and they began her treatment that day! While they seem to be a little more pricey than other Orthos in the area, you definitely get what you pay for! My daughter is enjoying her treatment and I am enjoying the results. I never hesitate to give a hearty, glowing recommendation to Dr. Bowman and his team!

The entire time at Dr. Graces office from day one I was treated with such kindness and respect even just as a 17 year old student, I couldnt help but actually look forward to my upcoming appointments. The service was amazing, always on time and always doing their best to make it comfortable for me as the patient. Their work on my teeth was life changing, when I got the chance to look at my teeth I was so impressed with the change from before I had gotten them that had taken place. I am so blessed to have had them as my orthodontists, and really even friends.

My experience? Awesome. I used to have the kookiest buck teeth ever. Dr. Grace was able to fix me up and set me straight without breaking my jaw or anything. I did have to wear headgear at night, which was pretty embarrassing, but I cant argue with the results. Everyone in there was super nice and they also have video games in the waiting room. Dr. Grace is okay, I guess. Just kidding, hes also excellent. If I ever needed teeth fixed again, this is the place Id do it at.

The staff is absolutely amazing! they also work with you if you have insurance or financial problems. They are happy people and I always felt welcomed when I came in for my appointment. They go out of their way to help others. For the children, they have fun little activities that sometimes come with prizes. I really recommend this orthodontics, you wont regret it!
