This is an updated review. Weve taken both our daughters to Dr. Wolanin who both my husband and I found very personable/knowledgeable. This time around, I used the online scheduler and specified that our daughter was a first time contacts user. Things got lost in translation and we needed a second visit after a full eye exam, which we didnt expect. That said, Dr. Wolanin called us himself to explain the fees (I expressed concern that we would be charged a second co-pay in addition to contact fitting/training) after my online review. It is clear he takes his practice seriously and I amended his review as a result. I would say that while the fees were explained at the close of the visit with my husband, it would be helpful to have a notification online when you indicate that you need a contact fitting.
