This location is very hard to find. I stopped at Wellstar Sport to ask where it was and the staff handed me a sheet of paper with the direction to get to Quest - they were ready. Kudos the staff of Wellstar. If you find this location, the staff are pleasant and professional.

I was in and out. Staff was very nice, and facilities were clean. It is hard to find though. And google directions are difficult because of its placing. From 75, its the turn right before Rite Aid. You cannot see the building from ge road. Hope that helps someone.
