Ive been going to Dr. Ross for 27 years next month. When I first moved to Atlanta after college, I had some serious eye pain and missed the fourth day of work in my career. That night...a Friday night, about 8p.m. , I realized I needed to see an eye doctor. I looked in the yellow pages and found one near me. Ross Eyecare. I called. The answering machine said if it was an emergency to call Dr. Ross at home and it left his number. I called. He answered. After describing my pain, Dr. Ross asked me to meet him at his office at 9p.m. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? I wasnt even an existing patient and it was a Friday night at 9p.m.!!!! He helped me fix the problem. Through the 27 years, Ive had Lasik and earlier this year had corneal transplant surgery in one eye. Dr. Ross has been an amazing partner through it all. I cant recommend him highly enough. Seriously, Im not sure there is a better eye doctor on the planet! Thank you Dr. Ross!!

After having seen an ophthalmologist for many years, I thought it might be time to make a change. Despite my complaints about my contact lens. I thought I was getting to the point that I thought I should wear glasses all the time, but Dr. Ross fitted me for new lenses, which were much more comfortable. Unfortunately, trying them out in the real world, I wasnt able to see well enough to read street signs at night. After re-examining me, he readily agreed that he needed to tweak the left lens, which seems to work just fine. Dr. Ross is very patient and seems truly concerned about my vision. I had thought I needed to see an ophthalmologist, but I now believe an optometrist like Dr. Ross is better able to fit contact lenses. Very professional, very knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

Ive been a patient of Ross Eyecare ever since I moved to Atlanta from Los Angeles in 1989 or so. The office has a comforting and consistent quality to it that has continued for all of those years. Dr. Butterwick is simply the best. His chairside demeanor, friendliness, professionalism, and ability to explain procedures is better than any other doctor, dentist, or physician Ive ever seen. Dr. B and his staff have a way of walking you through their processes as they relate to your condition - and they are very patient. When you leave the office, you feel like you really have been to someone who cares and that your money has been well spent. Not sure what else to write, but even though Ive moved 25 or 30 miles from the office location, I wouldnt consider going to anyone else.

I have seen Dr. Ross for many years now, including flying back to see him when I lived in different states. The doctors at Ross Eyecare are top notch and the only ones I trust with my eyes. After having had a major eye injury at 12 years old, Dr. Ross has been working hard with me since I have known him and we continue to find ways to improve my vision. Not only is he an exceptional doctor, but a phenomenal person as well. His caring and concern is apparent not only regarding my vision, but me as a person as well. I will continue to recommend the Ross Eyecare Group to all of my friends and family!

Ive been going to Ross Eye Care for 15 years and recommend it highly to anyone looking for a quality eyecare group. Excellent practice of doctors, optometrists, opticians and front office staff. Dr. Butterwick is my main ophthalmologist but Ive also seen Dr. Bloom and Dr. Ross. They are all extremely knowledgeable, friendly, willing to answer my questions, and take their time making sure to be precise as well as to make sure I am happy. A lot of my colleagues go here also and I know they are happy with their experiences there.

Was referred by some Buckhead "in the know" friends several years ago and never looked back. Dr. Mast takes his time, has a fantastic demeanor and possesses top notch skills. I have worn glasses since I was a youngster and am pretty particular with who fools with them. Dr. Mast has my supreme confidence. As for the rest of the staff, both my wife and I work with wealthy private clients (Lawyer and Investment Banker). NO ONE IN ATLANTA DOES FRAMES LIKE LANE. Period. I must know a dozen folks who swear by his fittings.

I have been a patient of Ross Eyecare for the 20+ years I have been in Atlanta. Michael Bloom has provided an outstanding level of care both prescriptive and preventive. He has also treated my daughter her entire glasses wearing life. On those occasions when he has not been available, the other physicians in the practice have stepped to provide the same level of care. The other staff, front office and those assisting with the choice and fitting of eyeglasses are also outstanding. An unqualified shout out to Ross Eyecare.

Ive been wearing glasses since I was a kid. Ive always had some anxiety about going because i feared the drops and just the entire process. Even as an adult, I HATED the entire process. After getting LASIK in 2006, I hoped that it would get easier, but it didnt...until I found Ross Eyecare Group!! I no longer fear the "eye doctor" and I go knowing that I am in the BEST care and that I dont have to be afraid. There is no long wait. Im seen at my appointment time OR before. This is an ABSOLUTELY AWESOME eyecare center!!

I have been wearing glasses and contacts for 20 years, and I always dread my eye exams. I have moved around a lot and seen many optometrists, but Dr. Mast is the best by far. Hes patient, smart, funny, and obviously cares about his patients. I am now seeing better with my new contact lens prescription than I ever have, which is saying a lot since I have astigmatism and dont tolerate certain contacts lenses very well. The other staff members are very friendly and attentive too. I thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

They are the best! - You can always reach someone on the phone - They always have an apt. available (that isnt like a year out) - Wait time is completely reasonable (I only waited about 10 mins.) - The office clean and convenient (and you dont have to pay for parking) - Staff and Dr. were friendly and knowledgeable I worked at another prominent Optometrist office for years and I can tell you from first hand experience Ross does things right! Its always nice to find a Dr. you like and can stick with. :)

I have been a client of Ross Eyecare for over 10 years now. The staff is always friendly and professional. Dr. Ross is thorough, and he takes as much time as needed to explain the exam and results. He is always very friendly and personable. Their selection of frames is extensive. Ive had a few occasions when I have needed repairs for my glasses, and the staff has always been available to do them and complete them quickly. My wife and kids are now clients as well. I highly recommend them.

Update as of march 29: Ive decided to talk to my doctor about it. And I must say that I am now a happy customer. He took care of the situation. So from 1 star to 5.... Old review: Im giving them only 1 star not because of the doctors (they are all very good especially Dr Matthew Mast) but because of a really bad experience I had today. I have been a patient of Ross EyeCare for a while and I must admit that I have never experienced such unprofessionalism from the front staff.
