Very Unprofessional!!!!! We were so sad to see that the optical place inside Childrens Hospitals was closed! So we brought my daughter here! Worse mistake ever! So disappointing for my Special Needs Daughter who has asked about her new Red Glasses for the last 2 weeks! :( They had no idea who my daughter was her prescription or her Glasses. I have made Childrens Hospitals aware of this and hopefully they will remove them from their list. We will happily go somewhere else! DONT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS! !!!!!!!

Poor service. We sat in the waiting area for 30 minutes with our toddler while they tried to find our previous order for the previous year only to be told they couldnt find our insurance. Since the customer service wasnt open today they wouldnt help us because they cant backdate an order. Poor service.
