I dont think they appreciate customers at all! I have bought several pairs of glasses at this location of Pearl. For my wife, my daughter at least 6 pair for myself. I have been patronizing for over 15 years! The former owners were always so quick to help and stand behind their product? I guess I just became accustomed to and expected that level of service. No more. These new owners are rude and will not stand behind ANYTHING that I have seen as of my last two transactions. They hold the customer in contempt when something is not right. Let me explain....When my grand daughter recently needed glasses I talked her mother into letting me take them to Pearl. I told her, you pay more but you get what you pay for. Well I was wrong. Let me say the lady who waited on me, when I returned with an obvious factory defect in the frames was completely rude. She accused me of buying them somewhere else! When I told her I bought every pair of glasses, for every member of my family there at that location. She seriously treated me like a crook! Finally the gentleman that I think may have been the manager got involved and graciously allowed me to purchase some more frames at a 20% discount. I was told the reason they could not find the frames was because the transaction was under my name and it should have been under the childs. I explained that I paid with my credit card. They said that made no difference, it still should have been under the childs name. This has just been a few months. I told them I had no control over how their employees entered things into their system. I suggested they ask the girl that originally took the order I am totally confused by how rudely I was treated. I remember all too well the original trip picking out frames. We narrowed it down to 3 final choices. The ones my grand daughter finally settled on were special order and took a week or so to get in. This is insane. It is obvious to me that we are not in Kansas anymore! Don SImpson
I went in to get my eyeglass lens replaced which started to peel. These people are Very deceptive they do not take VSP clearly they knew that with my current insurance I could not get glasses. I was told that I would have to do another exam in order to get contacts in which I walked in to inquire about as well because the previous ones I had gotten gave me headaches. I was lead to believe that everything would be covered but at the end of the exam the lady states eyeglasses would be 489 and the lady said my contacts would be covered up to 100 dollars. Some of this is my own fault for not reviewing my coverage to see that they were not an in network provider the exam is only covered. They gave me an written prescription to get glasses and contacts somewhere else. This was a waste of money I spent 65 dollars for an exam that would have only cost me 5 dollars elsewhere. I trusted them and that is my own fault, because I had previously been here before. Guess they really need customers that bad. Level of service has declined. I will never go back to this place. Horrible way to treat people. But they know most people dont do their research. I advise everyone to do your research before going here
Gentlemen & Ladies...Extraordinary SERVICE...Well over & beyond the Norm, I am a consumer that always looks out how to save money and stretch my dollar! I walked in your store on Thursday afternoon on January 16th and never expected the kind of service I got. My glasses were trashed in my opinion and I was ready in a month to scrap them and get new ones. I am a month away from getting vision coverage at my place of work. You guys took my trashed glasses and removed a coating from them with special chemicals that restored them back to perfection!. This was a miracle to me and you guys did not even charge me a dime! I will be back in a month to have my prescription updated and my eyes checked……And I am a Customer of Pearle Vision for life. Again my sincere thanks for a SUPBERB SERVICE. After my exam, I was seated with a lady to order contacts and safety glasses. Before she even looked at my coverage she starts telling me that I would have to pay out of pocket and wait for reimbursement. But that was totally incorrect. My plan covers annual exam, frames/lens or contacts and safetyglasses. Then I get a call later telling me that I need to pick the frames from the website. I am more incline to believe this person did not know how to place the order, and since the insurance offices were closed due to weather. This person was unable to complete the order. I didnt even ask if she was calling the number for Comcast employees or the main number. Now I see what our customers deal with when they call in and get the same treatment...
I bought glasses here and despite the "designer" frames, the quality is cheap!! After 15 years of wearing glasses, this is the first time that I bought frames where I have to go in every 2 weeks to get them re-adjusted to keep them from sliding and falling off my face. Of course, they have a warranty, but good luck if they carry the frame 1 month later. Also this location closes way earlier than the posted hours so beware! Service- thumbs down as well, the staff was very standoffish, defensive and acted as if they were doing me, the customer a favor. I will never understand that. Hostile greeting that carries on throughout the service. I wont be back once my insurance coverage is available again.
HORRIBLE.. Ive been wearing glasses for decades and have never had this experience they cant get the lenses correct and they attempted to blame the script trust it is the lens not correct as a no line progressive fuzzy sight in different areas of the lens I have to adjust constantly to find the correct small window of correct vision or its a very low grade quality lenses. Currently going back an forth til get right really o-0 #pissed!
I walked into Pearle Vision the other day and was helped by Jessica and Justin, the manager, and was provided with phenomenal service. My insurance benefits were being held at another location, therefore I wasnt able to make my purchase at this location. They were very polite and very professional and went beyond what I was expecting to resolve the issue and follow through. I would recommend them to anyone!
I have been a customer here for years and have always received exceptional service!!! They have tons of designer frames to choose from and Dr. Kow has always been right on point with both, my eyeglass and contact prescription. Im a customer for life!!
I needed a change in my prescription before my annual...they made the adjustment and because of my job they were able to get my lenses back within 24 hours...the staff is very friendly too-thank you very much!!!
Went to pick up my prescription and its closed..google says they close at 5pm on Saturday. They close at 4pm apparently. FYI Pearle Vision update your hours online.
