I honestly cant say enough about the professionalism, thoroughness, and genuine care that I received during an emergency root canal procedure yesterday. After being tossed between many dentists, multiple consults, and misdiagnoses, this wonderful place took me under their wing and saved my mouth. From Andrea at the front desk who was so insanely knowledgeable and helpful over the phone, to Angie and another hygienist who instantly felt like lifelong friends to me... to Terry who is one of the most down-to-earth medical professionals I have ever met. These people were SO precise with every step they made, they managed my pain and anxiety, and worked to finish the entire procedure in one day. THANK YOU! I will never go to another Endodontist office!

Just Awesome! I am not new, when it comes to getting root canals. I have had many root canals unfortunately, not proud of it but it is the truth. The front/back staff were nice and helpful. The hygienist who gave me the shots to the roof of my mouth did a different technique and it didnt hurt as bad as normal. She is clever and good at her job!:) Dr. Isom was great as well, told me all about my options answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable. I will be back and will be recommending him to others if they need a root canal. Im glad, I found a dentist I can trust and who has the skills when it comes to doing root canals.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!!! I was referred to Dr. Isoms office by my Insurance HMO/dental office. Ive had some terrible dental experiences recently and in the past, and unfortunately have a bit of dental anxiety. From the first phone call from Andrea to schedule, until I walked out the door after the procedure, I was treated with respect, kindness, compassion, and completely put at ease. I REALLY wish Dr. Isom was a general dentist, selfishly, because I would love to have him and his amazing staff as my regular dental provider. Thank you Dr. Isom & Staff!

If I can give zero stars I would! I had an appointment scheduled a month in advance. One business day prior to the scheduled appointment I have received no confirmation, so I called the office to confirm. I was informed that my appointment has been cancelled and they dont know who did it and it was certainly not I. They saw that I had an appointment and did not bother to work me into the schedule, instead offered another appointment nearly a month out. Very unprofessional!!!!

Dr. Isom and his staff are very friendly, super attentive and extremely knowledgeable and skilled. I showed a friend (who has been in the dental industry for 30 years) an x-ray of his work on me and she exclaimed how creative and skilled the work was to solve my unique situation. I would like to emphasize how easy this group has been to work with, and how they are a-l-w-a-y-s so focused on making my visits relaxing and comfortable. 10 STARS!

I went in for my second root canal with Dr. Isom yesterday, my experience at his office yesterday was just as pleasant as it was the first time. Dr. Isom is a fantastic endodontist. His staff is super kind. They made my experience painless and very pleasant. Highly recommend Dr. Isom for any work you may need.
