If there was a way to give negative ten stars, I would. I was seen here just a few days ago. I was in Portland visiting family and my tooth flared up. Worst pain you can imagine. They assured that if I came in even if the tooth couldnt be fixed that day, pain management and a antibiotic for infection (abscess) would be given. Came in same day which would be the only positive thing I can say, is that they did fit me in asap, they did an X-ray to see the tooth was definitely decayed into the root causing my 10 on a 10 scale pain. Sent in a lady who then handed me a paper that it would be a few thousand to fix two teeth with root canal and crowns. Clearly I dont have that kind of money on hand all at once. And yes of course these things arent free. But to send someone in uncontrollable pain out the door holding back tears without an antibiotic and/or something for pain was beyond me. They were willing to manage infection and pain only if I opted to have treatment from them THE NEXT DAY. I then had to go to the ER today for pain that became intolerable, they found an abscess on the back side of my tooth that I had no clue was there and they drained it. Also gave me an antibiotic and a few pain pills, however, the antibiotic was the most important thing. Sad an emergency room had to fill a room for a dentists job. Enough said.

I am a 52 year old woman who has had ugly decaying teeth all my life. Every time I would visit the dentist to have something done about my smile I have been told that your teeth are not that bad an we can fill your cavities or do a root-canal with a crown, which would fall out and cause an abscess. For the first time in my life I was told that extractions and dentures would be my best option. As I have had many extractions in the past each one followed by complications because of poor dentistry, this was the first time the procedure was performed without any problems and I had five teeth pulled. The upper denture was placed in my mouth immediately after the extractions and as I looked in the mirror, tears of joy filled my eyes to finally see straight beautiful white teeth that made my face come alive with happiness. This was my first visit to a dentist in a while. They were super helpful and nice over the phone. Once i was in Pam, the dental assistant, was helpful and kind. She answered all of my questions and has the most respectful tone of voice one could ask for. The only reason Im giving a 4 star is because this was my first visit. Im willing to bet it will change to a 5 star after a couple visits. Everything i said before is still true. However today 3-20-17 they hit me with a bill that was more then they told me it was going to be. Very upsetting. If you tell someone its going to be a certain price then you should not charge more after the procedure is done. 1 star now.

This is my first time going in and getting a filling today. They did great. I hate getting my teeth done since its so painful and it takes forever for me to get numb but they did it right didnt feel anything. Got in and got out of there quick. Its a little dirty but dint mind it so much. Its cheaper than most dental places. Will be back tomorrow for more fillings. Ahhh

Professional, friendly and caring. I was petrified to start much needed dental work. These guys allayed all of my fears. My dentist was very good at his job and also concerned about my level of comfort at all times. The staff amazed me with their professionalism and friendliness. I highly recommend this place for the fearful as well as the brave!

I brought my 5 year old in yesterday who was beyond scared. The staff here made her feel so comfortable, she had so much fun learning about her teeth, she loved her experience! This place is a joke. Made an appointment that I had to miss due to freeway closure and they billed my insurance. And now that I need a tooth extracted they want a evaluation appointment and go from there. Assistant was rude. Going to find another dentist that cares about the patient not just the money

Dr. Lyubchenko is the true general dentist because he literally is able to do any dental task . And, highly skillful. Never had any issues with that office- had a crown and fillings done, and teeth pulled.
