My first visit was a mixed experience. I was on time, but they were not. I had to wait 15 minutes in the waiting room. I was there for a simple cleaning, but once in the chair, they told me the appointment taker had scheduled too little time; they said it should have been for 1 1/2 hrs. A cleaning? Come on! Before I moved here, I had cleanings every 6 months and none of them took 1 1/2 hrs. Plus, the cleaning was only so-so. My second visit, I arrived 5 minutes early for my 8 a.m. appointment. I waited until 8:10 without seeing ANYONE. There was a sign on the counter saying they were having a meeting to ensure my patient care. I could hear them laughing and talking about their hair and what they had done after work yesterday from somewhere in the back. I left and sent them a text suggesting that maybe instead of sending reminders of the appointment to me, they send themselves a reminder. They called back and claimed the meeting was a "confidential" meeting about patient care. Riiiiiight. They offered to reschedule me, but I dont think so. If they cant be on time, if they lie about it, and they do a poor job of office management --- it makes me wonder how competent they are. Do I really want them digging around in my mouth and operating hi tech equipment around my head? I dont think so.

Im usually super lazy about posting reviews but I had such a good experience here that I had to write about it. I started coming here because I got a flyer and they were in my neighborhood, plus I had a cracked tooth. I hate dentist visits usually, but going here is such an enormously pleasant experience that I dont mind it. Dr Miller is extremely competent, so nice, so patient and kind and runs a tight ship. Her office staff are super friendly and easy to work with. I found out they even volunteer to clean up elderly peoples homes in Milwaukie! Cool, they are raising property values in our area while also being a wonderful dental office :) I kid about that but in all seriousness, I had a great experience here with all my tooth issues and now want my husband and kid and mom to come here too. I loved Marina my hygienist. My only complaints are 1. The office location is incorrectly mapped on google maps, they should report that. 2. Marina, my awesome hygienist is going on maternity leave soon :( I cant do anything about that but thanks for providing great service guys. After getting used to sub par customer service from the likes of Comcast and such, in this day in age, the way you treat your customers is a breath of fresh air!

Im new to Dr. Miller. About 2 months ago I had a tooth act up. Dr. got me in very quickly to address the problem. It all went very smoothly. Unfortunately the tooth cracked, causing much pain. Dr Miller referred me to oral surgeon Dr Sullivan. He got me in that day, tooth was removed surgically. Dr Miller had my partial ready for placement the same day!. The staff at Smiles Dental are very courteous, professional, and truly caring. The office has a very calming atmosphere and over looks a lovely pond with geese and other wildlife. My whole experience was exceptional. I highly recommend Dr. Miller and her staff.

I went to Smiles dental for a cleaning, and a thorough exam and x-rays. The front desk was very professional and extremely helpful, the hygenist did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and educating me. The dentist there told me of several cavities that needed to be filled and the staff there promptly helped me create a plan and the necessary appointments, as well as helping me decide the best route financially. Their service was very professional and helped to alleviate the pain I was having. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional care for their teeth.

I am usually quite anxious about going to the dentist. However, from the moment I entered Smiles Dental I felt quite at ease. The staff personnel were very professional and friendly, the dental assistant was also very professional and quite knowledgeable regarding all my problems and so very kind and friendly. Dr. Miller is only the second dentist that I have felt so at ease and comfortable with, in fact, I can hardly wait for my next visit!! EVERYONE at Smiles Dental was professional, warm friendly and very kind.

Ive been a customer who came here from years. New ownership has moved in and now Im currently being charged 300% more for a worse service. The secretary was understanding of the service provided and told me they would take care of my bill. They are still billing me for the same thing. I will never go. Ack here again after this integrity issue.
