I was scheduled for a one-level fusion at L5-S1 in February, 2013 after having two discectomies (2008 and 2009) on the same disc. I was told by two neurosurgeons that I had three bulging discs, indicating degenerative disc disease and would most likely need another fusion later in life (Im in my late 30s). My neurosurgeon informed me that once I had the surgery and healed for 12 months, she would start me on aggressive decompression and laser treatments in attempts to prolong the need for a three-level fusion. After seeing Dr. Galloway for three visits over a week-and-a-half, my debilitating pain reduced to a barely noticeable level. After five weeks of treatment, I was completely out of pain. I cancelled my surgery and have spent the past year virtually pain-free, with only minor muscle spasm flare-ups that caused some inflammation in my lower back, which I can easily remedy with light yoga. I have since seen Dr. Galloway for kinks in my neck, brought on by the stress of deadlines. His treatment goes far beyond the quick-fix adjustments I’ve received from other practitioners. He performs a deep-tissue technique that I can only describe as magical. I highly recommend Dr. Galloway to all my friends and colleagues. One of them reported how he had been driving 45 miles one-way to see a chiropractor for many years that had him coming in three times a week for treatment. The man was living in constant pain and could barely walk across a parking lot. I told him that Dr. Galloway was only 10 miles from his house and charged about half the price of his current doctor. The guy would have easily started seeing Dr. Galloway three times a week instead, however Dr. Galloway told him on his first visit that chiropractic probably wouldnt get him out of pain and that he should consider surgery. The man had surgery in the fall of 2013 and now walks five miles a day with no pain. Thanks to Dr. Galloway, the mans life no longer revolves around endless, expensive, chiropractic visits that brought him no relief...a testament to his commitment to be an ethical practitioner.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! Don’t even think of going anywhere else. I was in an accident back in August of 2011. And I actually work for the personal injury attorney who referred me to GULF COAST INJURY CENTER so just know I am familiar with who is the best in this field. The entire staff here from the front desk to the physician’s are amazing! They always make you feel like you are welcome, comfortable and important and since you will be spending a lot of time with physician’s, chiropractor’s, and doing therapy after an accident all of those qualities in a care center are priority and Gulf Coast makes that happen. From the time I made the phone call to now (im still treating) I have been pleased with the care I have received, not only from a business aspect but a personal one as well. I was hurt in my accident to the point of surgery and they took great pride in making sure they were attentive to my needs. I will only be recommending Gulf Coast Injury Center from personal experience. And thus the reason for this review. I LOVE this place and you will too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok, getting into a car accidemt SUCKSSS but i couldnt be any more pleased when coming here for treatment. They not only have the best treatments to offer you (stem, waterbed, traction machine & massage therapist) but the staff is Amaziing. DR. GALLOWAY (he looks like superman) is AWESOME he really cares about you and your recovery.. Mel is my masseuse she gives great massages... Jodi is the BEST!!! as soon as you walk-in she has your paperwork ready and when your ready to leave she has your next appointment booked. She is not only a pleasure to see but she is very accommodating around my work schedule and makes all my appointments convenient for me. They are efficient, fast and on point and serious about your treatments! They truly and honestly really do care about your recovery and I cant state that enough. Like i said car accidents suck but coming here i get the 5 star treatment....massages..water beds..etc etc..EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO HELP your body feel better. Love the entire staff!

I suffered with terrible pain in my right neck, shoulder and arm for over a week. After no relief from two massages in one week by a friend, she recommended I see a chiropractor. I had a chiropractor I had seen in the past but wasnt real happy with the results the last time I had been there. So, on the recommendation of my niece, I made an appointment with Rick Galloway at the Gulf Coast Injury Center at the Fowler Avenue office. I was astounded at the relief I got on the very first visit!! I scheduled a second visit two days later to bring in x-rays but by that second visit I still had no more pain. Rick spent a lot of time going over the x-rays and showing me where the problem was stemming from and suggested some exercises. Im happy to say after almost a month I am still pain free but I know who I will call if the pain returns.

I couldnt be happier with my decision to come here. I was in a car accident in April and my orthopedic doctor told me to go to physical therapy for my injuries so I went on google and found this place. I abolistelt love it here. The doctor is great and so caring, the chiropractor knows exactly what hes doing and makes me feel like a new person, and the rest of the staff feels like family. During my physical therapy my father passed away and when I came back everyone here was nothing but caring and supportive and offered their condolences which is more than I can say for any other doctor Ive ever seen. Theyve not only helped me feel better after the injuries from my accident but I look forward to coming here twice a week. I could not recommend this place more highly.

I am very impressed with the service and care I received at Gulf Coast Injury from the moment I walked in their door. As soon as I arrived for my first appointment I knew that I was in the right place because I was made to feel welcomed and cared about beginning with Scott the owner, Dr. Galloway the Chiropractor, Melody the massage therapist to Jodi the office coordinator. Jodi George bends over backwards to accommodate my busy schedule, she handles all necessary paperwork and always takes the time to make sure I am doing fine. I enjoy coming to their facility because you are literally treated like family.

From Bernard greeting you by name as soon as you arrive, to Tyann doing a superb job with the Massage, and Dr. Galloway, whos infectious smile and awesome personality make it so easy to forget the pain your in. I am a patient and have referred both my daughter and my mother for treatment here. I wouldnt go anywhere else! I love that when you go there, your not just a number, the staff really goes out of there way to accommodate you with appointments and make you feel really comfortable. Dr. Rick Galloway and his team gave me MY LIFE BACK!.. I was injured in a car accident and had low back and neck pain with arm tingling. He took the time to explain my condition and most of all he fixed my problems. His office was so nice and everybody treated me like family, thank you doc. His office uses the newest equipment and I highly recommend that you visit The Gulf Coast Injury Center.
