Wonderful facility and friendly, knowledgable staff! Today was my first visit and the hygienist started off by giving me a tour of their office, which was great! She was very personable, as was everyone I encountered there, and knowledgeable. She made sure that I was aware of what would be happening during the appointment and explained what she was doing throughout. The dentist was very nice and knowledgable as well and though I had bad news of some cavities, she delivered the news in a nice way and showed me on my x-rays where they were. Once my appointment was complete, I made an appointment to get my cavities filled and the medical receptionist showed me up front how much the fillings would cost, how much my insurance would likely cover, and how much would be my responsibility. When I asked for a copy she gladly made one. She also provided me with a printout of the charges for my visit today and assured me theyd file with insurance as well and that it likely would all be covered as it was a routine visit. Beyond all of that, they have many at-home amenities such as cable flatscreen TVs not only in front of you but also on the ceiling so no matter what position youre in you can view your show, along with closed captioning and sound. They also offer a neck pillow, glasses that block out the bright light, chapstick, a blanket and other comfy accessories on request. Both the dentist and hygienist told me a lot about my teeth and an action plan on how to prevent problems in the future. Im very satisfied with them and though my next visit will be for fillings, Im looking forward to going back!

If you are looking for a high quality, gentle, knowledgeable dentist I cannot recommend Bluff Creek Dental enough. I was living in the northern suburbs and driving to Chanhassen for my appointments because I knew I was receiving the best dental care. Their hygienists are gentle and non judgemental, truly offering the best cleaning service they can. Dr. Smars explains everything in detail and isnt overly aggressive in suggesting unnecessary treatments like some clinics can be. Their waiting room is so inviting and Alex at the front desk always makes sure I am completely taken care of. I feel known and appreciated the moment I walk in the door. I not only love them as my dental clinic, but I want to be friends with them! I know they have my best interest in mind and I cant recommend a better clinic.

I have been going to Bluff Creek Dental for approximately three yeas and I continue to think that they offer superior services. I have been seen by Ellen and Terri who are hygienists and who also do excellent thorough work. They were both gentle and took the time to explain what they would be doing and answer any of my questions. The dentists are also great, they give honest straight-forward information. The front desk girls Alex and Laci are incredible. They greet you with a big smile, promptly check you in, answer any questions, call your insurance if needed, and send you off with another big smile. Overall, Im very happy with my experience at Bluff Creek Dental and plan to continue coming back. Thank you for being such a great part of the Chanhassen community!!

Today was my first appointment and Sarah was my hygienist. She did an excellent job telling me about what she was doing and explaining my oral health to me. My doctor did a really thorough exam and she made my feel comfortable. They didnt seem rushed or pushy. The office is beautiful and they have a list of comfort items to use during your appointment such as a tempurpedic neck pillow, soft blanket, chapstick, tv, headphones, or a stress ball. I used the neck pillow and it was a good choice. I would recommend this office to anyone. The receptionist Alex was also personable, friendly, and greeted my husband and myself by name.

Ashley was the best hygienist Ive ever had. She showed concern for my comfort, care, and knowledge and I learned more from her in this one appointment than any other dental experience. The TVs are awesome and I certainly appreciate the updated x-ray and cleaning equipment. When I asked about specific issues, she took photos of the area from different angles and showed them to me on the screen so that I could understand what was going on and why treatment was necessary. I dont have insurance, so was a bit shell-shocked at the prices. They have a couple "creative" finance options, so that helped a lot.

I cannot say enough about Bluff Creek Dental and Dr. Schold. The entire staff go out of their way to way make you feel comfortable and at ease. The t.v., pillows, blanket, sunglasses, stress balls are some of the little details that help put you at ease. The assistants are amazing and have made it a point to help ease my daughters anxiety. Dr. Schold answers her own after hours calls and met me at her office for an emergency. I cannot say enough about Dr. Schold and her staff. I highly recommend Bluff Creek Dental to anyone - but especially families with young children or anyone with worries.

I hadnt been the dentist is 7 years (bad wisdom tooth experience coupled with the fact that we moved, so I didnt have a dentist reminding me to come in!) and I was pretty nervous. The staff was amazing, especially the dental hygienists. They explained everything before they did work, checked in frequently to make sure I was comfortable, and were overall very pleasant. Ive got plans to switch the entire family over because of their amazing attention to detail, lack of judgement and calming atmosphere. I cannot say enough good things about Bluff Creek Dental!

I needed emergency work done, hadnt seen a dentist in 3 years, and took a chance on Bluff Creek. I worked with Dr. Smars, and she immediately turned into my favorite dentist. So patient, empathic, genuine, and obviously intelligent; however, also straight to the point, which I very much appreciate. This is the first review Ive ever written for anything in my life, if that says something. Lally, the office is amazing, with exceptional ambiance and personal flat screen tvs in each room. Highly recommend!

My first visit was on an emergency basis. I was warmly welcomed, expertly treated both in body and spirit, and I cannot say enough about my first experience at Bluff Creek Dental. Dr. Bretz was amazing, as was her assistant. She made a very difficult appointment as comfortable as could possibly be and treated me with respect, skill and gentle care. Bluff Creek will be my new dental home. Well done.

I had a great experience going to Bluff Creek Dental. The front desk greeted me with a smile right away. I love Danielle who cleaned my teeth. She is so warm and down to earth. She taught me a few things too about flouride and cavaties. My dentist was friendly and I didnt feel pressured to spend alot of money which is why I put off the dentist usually. They have a wonderfull membership program too.

I have been going here for years, and between the excellent care, cleanings, concern, help and encouragement have seen a vast improvement in my teeth and gums health. I would recommend Bluff Creek Dental for everyone! Theyre great at explaining and answering any questions, recommending or suggesting improvements and listening... even my 7yo likes them better than the others...
