This is my second poor experience. Some dentists here are good. But, front desk staff is very poor and they have been like that during my last two visits as well. If you happen to go here, make sure to study your coverage and co-payment plan thoroughly to avoid unexpected out-of-pocket expenses. For example, there is no need to pay the deductible towards the end of the year if the treatment can be postponed to Jan, or no need to pay the dentist to pull a loose tooth which might come out on its own in 2-3 days. Staff dont explain this properly unlike many other dentists in the bay area. Staff also does not take care of patients very well, and we have to ask for everything including the complementary brush, mouth wash etc. Communication between dentists and the front desk staff also seems poor. I expect the front desk staff to properly explain the treatments printed on the receipt, or they should not even attempt it and ask an expert instead. Again, this applies to the current location. Your experience may vary.

Yes, Pannu is good Doctor but how many days he will be in clinic, Only 1 day per week because he has to attend all the 4 clinics; Fremont, Sanjose, Cupertino and Dublin. Hence if you want to take appt, take only with Pannu and ask if he is available in clinic otherwise you will be in trouble if other inexprerienced doctor does cleaning or filling. Be careful. Pannu dental means PAN(Pain)NU(new). If you want to get new pain then go to pannu. I have been suffering from headache, earpain for the last 2 months because of tooth filling in pannu clinic. If you want to get into problems and want to loose your peace of mind, then go to Pannu. He is in Radio station most of the time instead of clinic. His clinics have inexperienced doctors who does not know how to do fillings.

Purchased Invisalign services from this clinic from Sep 2015. I did not know what to expect as I have never done tooth alignment treatments. Dr. Pannu was patient in explaining to me my options and the processes, transparent about fee structure and flexible in payment arrangements. I also appreciate his team of staff who were able to explain my insurance coverage and arrange appointments which works for my schedule. Especially, Luis who takes the impressions of my teeth and manages almost all other aspects to getting my Invisalign done. Im glad he was able to see to my Invisalign journey because he is attentive as a service staff and sure to keep me calm and assured at my dental appointments.

My wife took our 8 year old daughter here and she said that in the middle of the procedure, when my daughter was sitting there with her mouth open, the doctor started proposing additional things that could be done. My wife didnt like that because these things could have been discussed before starting the procedure. She was satisfied with the dental work, but not the "marketing additional services during the procedure" part. So we moved on to a different dentist. I am writing this review because theres no email provided on the website and I dont want this place to lose patients for something as simple as this.

I was sitting in the chair for 20 min with multiple people going in and out of the room without acknowledging my presence. Finally I told them that I had a meeting to go to. Dentist came in right away and spend exactly 8 minutes hurrying along my clean up and grinding a protrusion on my molar. It was not done carefully. My molar was over-ground, now I have a permanent dent mark on my tooth. Clean up was also very coarse. Would not recommend this place. I waited 20 min and they spent 10 min total doing a very bad job.

Dr Pannu is genius and had done a very wonderful job. My teeth was never told to have cavity in middle of teeth by any of the dentist before and i keep asking why it was black. i never got a response from any dentist.But Dr. Pannu was right on the diagnosis and he treated it and now i am alright. He is the Best Dentist in San Jose and i will recommend him for his clean and fast diagnosis with unparallelled treatment. I was fortunate to choose him as my doctor and thanks to 1170 am

Dr.Pannu has been my dentist since last year. I have invisilign and I am very happy with the results. Actually I already recommended him to all my friends and family.They are very nice at the cupertino and san jose office.You should visit and have your invisilign with Dr. Pannu because it is very affordable and he will surely take good care of your teeth. I am very happy with the excellent service at Dr.Pannu!!! It is worth it!!!!! Thanks Dr. Pannu!!!!

Another great experience at Pannu Dental. My Dad got two of the wisdom teeth extracted that gave him a great relief from constant headache with a lot pressure in rear of his jaw area as well as ears and eyes. The Cherry on the Ice Cream was Dr. Pannu charged a minimal fee for the procedure considering there is no insurance. Going back to extract the other two this week. Thanks to the entire team of Pannu Dental.

Dishonest dentist. They lie and scheme to take your money. They say that deposits can be used toward treatments, but refuse to honour their commitment. The "doctor" treats all people who ask questions with disrespect and rush them out of the office. Never go to them. They are amatures at best. Go to another office. Skip this clinic.

They love your money! It seems to be a pattern here. They charged you on-site and hope that you dont read the statement from your dental insurance and come back for a refund. In addition to this, I also had a bad headache for a few days right after a cavity filling I had at this office and I know its from the dental work here.

Was not impressed. The cleaning was not that great, and they misdiagnosed me with having periodontitis, and wanting to schedule an orthodontic surgeon visit. When I checked with my old dentist and orthodontic surgeon, they said it was just a loose implant, and just replaced it.

Hated the service. Was there for a orthodontic consultation, but they masked it into a general dentistry one, did a cleanup and had me schedule another orthodontic appointment for a month later. Oh and they charged me for it too.

I do have to admit that before I came here to Dr. Pannu, my nickname everybody used to call me was shark tooth. Now my teeth are starting to look like what normal teeth should. Your never too old for braces.
