I live in texas but I was visiting family in California and visit Dr. Kaffl, he was talkative and not helpful at all. all his equipment is out dated and old. I went with very minor problem and left his office with major problem. ever since I left his office it has been over a month I can not chew on my left side, I have no idea if he accidentally crack my tooth or what not. I definitely do not recommend him for any one. I am originally from Eritrea so is he and I thought he will communicate better but I prefer someone who knows what he is doing.

This was my first visit to Hayward Dentistry. I have always been terrified of the dentist. This experience was so good that it has helped to alleviate my fear. Everyone was so nice, gentle, and seemed to genuinely care. I told them I was nervous and they took their time with me. Overall, I was very happy with my visit and will definitely be returning.
