While her staff is fine, the actual dentist in this office is problematic. I went to her to get a cap on a tooth that had a cavity, and she put the cap on wrong with temporary glue, telling me shed call back for a later appointment to finish the job. She then failed to call back for a month, so I finally got in contact with her... she had forgotten. She put it on correctly the second time, but I had spent a month with a temporary cap that kept falling off. Her attitude needs work as well. Im unimpressed, but my HMO wont let me go anywhere else. When I tried to call her about an appointment again, her mailbox was full so I couldnt reach her.

First off everyone else in the office was either fine or fantastic, but the person you most want to be nice, understanding and patient was mean, inpatient and very rude. I told her I did not want to have more than what was needed in terms of exrays because of a family history of cancer and she said if I did not do what she said I should go somewwhere else. Then she hooked me up to a very expensive 180 degree full mouth exray machine that exposed me to way more radiation than any other dentist would have. If you are thinking about seeing this woman DO NOT!!!!

Best dental experience I have had. Dr. Mooradian was very professional , kind, reassuring and informative as well as her staff. I had issues with my front teeth. The work she did on my teeth was beautiful, she gave me a beautiful smile!!! She went above and beyond, spent much time getting it just right (adjusting my bite, making sure everything fit and looked proper). This is by far the best dental work i have had done by far. I have since recommended my family, friends, and co-workers. If you want beautiful, affordable dental work see Dr. Mooradian.

Dr. Mooradians office is great, and very professional. Its great to be able to still find a small dental care provider where one does not get lost in the crowd of patients in the waiting room. I really dislike being shuffled around at large health care providers, so this place is great! Dr. and staff are great about answering questions about procedures and options, and dental work is done efficiently with minimal pain. As long as Im in Santa Cruz, this is my dentist.

This dentist was incredibly rude to me and her assistant. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you have other options. -Update 2 days after I made the review above: Dr Mooridian called and left an incredibly insulting voicemail regarding my review stating because Im a social worker I am "extremely judgemental and sensative." She added she would no longer accept me as a patient. No worries because I wasnt planning on returning.

One of the rudest people I have ever met. She gossiped with the receptionist instead of attending to the patients. When I complained about the hour wait time (I was first patient that day) she said that her office was not "In & Out Burger" and maybe I should go somewhere else. I will. Gladly.
