This office is awful! They attempt to over charge me every single time I have to come in. I literally dread having to come in for an appointment. I was told a few months ago that my 6 month prescription for contacts wouldnt cost me anything because my insurance would cover it. I called today to order it and now its going to be over 20 dollars because apparently the amount my insurance covers has changed. It apparently went from 150 to 125. The lady on the phone then lied to me and said it was because the last time I was in was before the beginning of the year and when I told her that was not correct she then tried to change the story yet again. Im surprised this place stays in business. Not to mention that their glasses dont hold up either. The pairs Ive ordered from Zenni Optical hold up better than the ones sold here! Not a happy customer. Will be finding another place to go for eye care!

Have been going here for a number of years and have never had a bad experience. Selection of frames is great and Dr. Diehl and the ladies are always making sure I have the right prescription and the right contacts to wear, even if I slip up and wait until Im almost out of contacts to get in. Thanks to the team here Ive never gone a day with bad vision.

Made appointment for contact lens exam based on salesperson stating that my insurance would pay $115 toward my lenses plus at the time there was another 30% off on top of that. On day of appointment Im told that there will be no 30% off. If only there were other places to go for contacts --- oh wait, there are.
