I went to all about eyes recently, I have been here before but due to my work, it is hit and miss when I am home. So my second time here, was better than the first, the first experience was not bad either. DR. Aashay Shah spent more time inspecting my eyes than all the Doctors of Optometry combined i have seen in 47 years. I told Dr Shah my mother had passed away earlier this year from related diabetes/kidney problems including Macular Degeneration and ultimately going blind. I am worried, down right scared I may end up with the same conditions. DR Shah spent more time with me than needed I am sure,He found nothing horribly wrong with me. I need Bifocals, my eye pressure is close to border line for Glaucoma, I have been this way for twenty years. I dont seem to be getting worse, and I have a follow up scheduled next month to make certain that I am no better or worse than I was twenty years ago. I was able to enjoy the interaction of the stores staff, the playful friendly nature of the pretty ladies and that guy manager( handsome fella, in a non funny way). Mara does not particularly being called "Dude", can not blame her, she is definitely not a dude. Mara was so helpful and patient with my non-fashion sense self. I have absolutely no regrets about the time or money I spent here, awesome customer service, very friendly, and Hot Damn DR Shah was so thorough I was going to here bad news. 5 STAR Treatment was my Experience.

They are rude, incompetent, lack costumer service skills and dishonest. Intially, I had a bad experience with my 6 yr old daughter, they were no help at all when it came to choosing the frames and when we picked them up they fitted her standing up by the door. ( another RED FLAG) I also asked for eye glass cleaner and they gave me a used one but that wasnt enough for me I spotted two frames for myself and I had to have them so I went back for more torture. Again, rude and no help They waited on several people before me, I guess since I was in the designer frame section I was just browsing. They had to order one of my frames and after waiting 3 weeks I went to pick them up and was told they ordered the wrong frame intially and that they under charged me but they wernt going to worry about because I had to wait. Upon investigation, because I didnt beleive her, I found out that she had over charged me $50 and if I bought them online $110. All I can say is NEVER AGAIN!!!

Outstanding service and eyeglasses. The eye check up ended with a couple very good recommendations for the type lenses that would suit my work and home viewing use: tablet, monitor, TV, phone. When selecting my two for one pairs of eye glasses I was shown which racks of frames were available and allowed to browse until I narrowed down my selections. I was also free to look at the more expensive frames. The young lady that helped me make selections on lenses and coatings was very friendly and helpful. This has been my experience for my all my visits when selecting glasses and lenses. She made all of the selection process a very good experience. I picked up my glasses this morning. They are just what I wanted and already fit properly. I will be returning in a year for another check up and I recommend all about eyes for anyone looking for good eye wear and for a very friendly experience. 5334

Tons of glasses, affordable, great staff, great exam. The first impression of the store when you walk in is nice. There are dozens of shelves with different types of glasses. We were quickly greeted at the door, the staff is very friendly. Dr. Aashay Shah was friendly and helpful, answered lots of questions and did a thorough job with the exam. After the exam, my wife and I picked out glasses with the help of an employee named Mara. She was super helpful for the whole process. Not pushy or needy, very chill and happy to help. They have a ton of glasses there. I liked that not every option was designer. They have a mix of regular glasses and more pricey designer glasses. I got a pair of each for less than I thought it would cost. Overall, a great experience.

I am currently a business owner and was approached by Kenton about the discounts you give to employees who are not offered insurance. I do not have the option to offer insurance to my employees but it gave me the opportunity to provide them with eye care services. I was very happy to hear they used your services and worked with Kenton to meet their needs. Kenton is a very patient, knowledgeable, and sincere young man. I hope his hard work and honesty is acknowledged and greatly appreciated as I appreciate everything this young man did for my family and employees. I have been to many optometrists offices and wont go anywhere but All About Eyes-Belleville! They are all very friendly, attentive, and patient. I have worked with them while having vision insurance and without. Pricing and quality have always been the best hands down either way. Also, I took my five year old son in for his kindergarten vision test. The doctor and other employees were nothing short of patient and amazing with him. He is definitely a wiggly stubborn little boy. I know its not easy. I appreciate it more than you could ever know. Thank you!

Chelsie made my visit absolutely terrific. We probably picked out glasses for 40 minutes or more. She never once made me feel rushed or that I was wasting her time. Chelsie was very patient with me and gave her honest opinions with what glasses suited me best. Shes super funny and very energetic. I also really liked how clean the facility was. Ive sent family members in since then and have them ask for Chelsie because i want them to get the same experience as i do. She always calls me Miss Betty, which i think is sweet! Until next years visit :)

The entire staff was extremely friendly. Mara took time out to set an appointment for my son and help him pick out the perfect pair of glasses. The second pair, which was free, quality was as good as the first, Ray Ban. Brittanie was servicing customers as they entered the store to keep the flow going. Brittany help my wife pick out the perfect pair of trendy Varsace sunglass also. All About Eyes has always took great care of my family. They have the perfect staff in place to continue the outstanding service.

Honestly, it was hands down the smoothest and most efficient experience to get my glasses. The workers especially did a great job in helping me find me glasses. They explained everything I needed to know about how to take care of my glasses and they set me up with a plan that was comfortable with me. The optometrist was especially friendly and got me in and out. Best part yet was that the eyewear came in within a week. I certainly recommend all about eyes and will come back here every time!
