I ordered glasses on December 18th and was told they would be done in a week. I go in a week later and they said we will have them ready in 1 hour if youll be in the neighborhood. I went out and got my other errands done for the day and returned to Bella Eye Care for my glasses. They had MELTED THE FRAME as they were putting the lenses in. So, to fix the situation, they shipped out the lenses to be trimmed a little more and the frames for new ones. They gave me a quote of 3-4 days max. Its been TWO AND A HALF WEEKS and they still do not have my glasses ready. I called in today to see if they were ready and the receptionist went to check. She came back, annoyed I might add, saying they have not received the frames yet. I said, "Its been two and a half weeks. How can you not have the frames yet?" She replies with, "Its not our fault. We are waiting on the frames to arrive. They could be in today." If this doesnt speak volumes about their customer service, I dont know what does. A. You never tell a customer its not your fault. It really is considering you melted the frame in the first place, but also, you pick who your suppliers are. B. No apology was issued. C. Having a customer wait a month to receive glasses is 100% not acceptable. Especially to still have them pay for them in full. Hopefully this helps another fellow customer, if not and they take this review down, them as a company. Unbelievable.

we came to the office when it was fresh and new. It was perfect. Personal attention. Assistance in fitting the kids for glasses. And you even worked with people on payments. I am seeing not all good things stay the same. The business has grown. Many added personnel / staff. When we call we never know who we get or what kind of mood they are in. Seems like it is more business now. I liked the personal touch. I liked that the doctor came out of the office to speak. I like the support from the first opening days.. I know change happens. With all your changes , i admit i have become very frustrated. I apologize. Try getting some comfort back into the office. Where the staff really help and supported the patients. money is important. But, return patients are too. I will try better to go with the changes. I hope you can see some things were perfect the way they were.

Loved my experience at Bella Eyecare. She was thorough and informative, while remaining incredibly personable. I have always hated going in for eye exams, and even after my first time there, I could say that I would make this my permanent eye doctor. I have been wearing contacts for 10 years and she gave me information about how to take care of my eyes that not a single doctor before had given me. Recently, after a few months of the new contacts I was prescribed there, they were giving me a really big problem due to my eyes being too dry. I called in and left a voicemail after hours, and the very morning I got a call back saying to stop in any time to get a different trial pair and figure out a better solution for me. Wonderful, prompt, personable and knowledgeable.

Dr. Linda Sedlacek is a fantastic Doctor. She is very professional, patient and thorough in her exams. She genuinely cares about her patients. She takes time to learn about you and your family. I struggled to find the right contact lens prescription as a new contact wearer and Dr. Linda was patient and kind helping me, visit after visit, until we finally got it just right! My husband and son really love Dr. Linda.too! She truly has a gift in helping others!
