DO NOT GO HERE ITS HORRIBLE Arrived to pick up my glasses and was laughed at and told they could not give them to me yet bc the lady from the night before didnt leave key and my glasses were locked up. I shopped for 15 mins and returned as told to and still no key. Told to sit and wait. Ive drove 20 min to be treated rudely by disorganized staff. I will not return...horrible service!

Had vision check and lady said my vision got better. Which is odd because I feel it got worse and said something during aplointment. When glasses arrived the right eye was more then blurry. They told me where them a week and call back if not better. Ummm no its not better. They also argued with me and trying everything not to fix. I made a complaint with my insurance.

WAITED AN HOUR JUST TO BUY CONTACTS. WORSE PLACE EVER. I NEVER DO REVIEWS BUT IM SO PISSED IT BS. WHEN I FIRST GOT HERE THERE WAS ONE OF THERE PERSON INFRONT OF ME AND TWO PEOPLE WORKING UPFRONT. FIRWT ONE HELPED GUYS INFRONT OF ME OTHER IGNORED ME AND ANSWERED PHONE CALL. THE PERSON CALLED AFTER I GOT THERE.
