Being new to the area, I decided to visit Vine Animal Hospital for the free exam after receiving a flyer in the mail. Dr. Rafla and his staff were incredibly kind and welcoming upon arrival, and showed a clear interest in my pet. The facility is very clean, quiet and appeared to be the perfect place for my manic Min Pin. My dog was experiencing some foot pain prior to the visit and Dr. Rafla made sure to be very gentle during the exam. Afterwards, Dr. Rafla provided some great recommendations and was able to work with my small budget. Three shots and a nail trim later, I couldnt be more satisfied. Thank you Dr. Rafla!

Good Experience from A-Z! I went in with my dog for annual check up, vaccinations, bloodwork. I enjoyed the visit with Dr. Rafla and his friendly staff. They made sure every step (and associated cost) was communicated and understood. Nice and spacious facility. Vine Animal Hospital has their own online pharmacy, which makes it easy to order supplies conveniently shipped to my home. Prices are very competitive and I do not have to drive anywhere or fax paper work around.

Dr. Rafla is amazing! Very kind and thorough. I was clueless before I came into the office with my new puppy and he explained everything in great detailed and was so open to all the questions I had. He genuinely cares about my dogs and me. Dr. Rafla even calls the next day to be sure all is well! The staff are so friendly. The facility is great! Kovu, Dora, and I always look forward to our next visit! Thanks for everything doc :)

I went in knowing nothing about the treatment my puppy needed but Dr. Rafla explained everything that he was doing in great detail, as well as provided me with tons of information that other places wouldnt give. None of the whole "your dog is good bye". He even followed up with me the next day to see that everything is ok. The staff truly cares about the practice. I very much look forward to coming back again.

I took my English Bulldog to see Dr. Rafla for his yearly exam and shots, as well as for some issues he was having. Dr. Rafla was very thorough in his examination of my dog and took the time to explain the tests he performed. He did not rush through the appointment and made sure I knew how and when to administer the medicines my dog was prescribed. I am very happy with the care my dog received.

This was the first time I have visited Vine animal hospital with my puppy. Dr. Emand Rafla and the staff were very patient and very knowledgeable. They answered all questions I had and Dr. Rafla called to check on my puppy next day. Very professional and kind. I highly recommend this veterinarian as he seems to care more about your pet than your wallet, fair pricing and friendly staff.

Dr Emad is the BEST. He saved my dogs eye. We had a very stressful time after a cat hit our dogs eye and it was bleeding so bad and he was about to lose it forever but Dr Emad with his wisdom medical decisions saved the eye. Mezos eye now is great. We are so very thankful for Dr Emad and all his team. Great people and great office.

This veterinarian was worth the drive from Sandy Springs. They were very thorough in the exam of my dog and the prices were fair. I liked that the doctor explained everything and went over all the prices with us so we could make the right choices for our dog. The facility was clean and the staff was very friendly.
