Its nice to see the reviews written by others about Dr. Wilson. Each of them are very accurate in celebrating her services to the Decatur, GA community. I especially like the reviews describing her as a 1,2, 3 jewel for the pet, owner, and pocketbook. I also agree that her facility doesnt "show" like a state-of-the-art hospital. But her care for the animals more than makes up for this minimal shortcoming. What her building lacks in design, she transfers to reasonable prices and professional treatment to her clients. Its almost like shes the small-town vet providing direct, personal services without all the fluff. My parents used Dr. Wilson throughout my entire childhood. When I owned my first pet in Decatur, we used her too. But then we moved to North GA and too far to regularly use her services. Oh, how we missed her! Recently, we needed to put our dog down and thought it only appropriate that Dr. Wilson help us with that. Im sure when we get our next pet, well equally miss the convenience of using Dr. Wilsons services then too.

My baby ( my dog ) required a molar to be pulled from her previous doctor diagnosis. She had a bad infection and her eye was swollen. I was referred here , and the young lady at the front desk was sooooo helpful. Received all details and was at ease. Arrived but no one introduced themselves, I signed in and they took my baby. 9:20am dropped her off. 4:45 I called them ( I never received an update ) to be notified my baby required 5 teeth pulled. I cried. Why was I not notified? I was so confused and concerned. Dr Wilson came to the phone and spoke with me. Bless her heart. She assured me my dog was doing great and she did well in the ( oral ) surgery. I didnt have a pleasant first visit, but meeting Dr Wilson the next day and I gave her a big hug , I will come back again. Love her caring and warm heart. She truly is an angel and a blessing. My baby is doing great. Thank you Dr Wilson.

When I adopted my rescue dog, Maddox, I found out her had heartworms. The shelter provides discount treatment, but they were out of the medication and did not know when more would be in stock. Local vets quoted me over $1,000 to treat this dog that I had adopted because I wanted to save his life (he was on the list to be euthanized when I adopted him)! Dr. Wilson not only gave me an absolutely amazing price, but took great care of my new best friend. He made it safely through the toughest part of treatment, despite some scary hiccups, and is well on the road to a full recovery! Another small but significant thing I love at the hospital: when you call, staff is always super friendly, polite, and informative. Thank you to Dr. Wilson and all of her staff!

We shopped around for the best vet closest to our home shortly after adopting our two kitties last September. Dr. Wilson has been absolutely wonderful! The doctor AS WELL AS all of the staff have always take the extra moments necessary to to answer all of our questions and make sure our cats are comfortable and healthy. Even when I just call to ask advice, they take the time to answer in full detail without having us make an appointment. I have never seen cats more comfortable (well, as comfortable as they can be) at a vet before. She has the gentle touch necessary to ensure safety and maximum comfort of our kitties! I agree with the other statements that it is not in the best part of town nor is the building brand new, but dont let that deter you!

I took my newly adopted pooch Beasley here for his first check up. Dr. Wilson was very kind and gentle with Beasley, and he felt comfortable with her. She answered many of my questions and assured me Beasley was off to a good start.I really liked the intimate atmosphere of the office. Everything was clean and in order. The front desk was kind and handled paper work extremely fast, we didnt have to wait long either. I would definitely bring Beasley back for future appointments

My cat would have been 10 years old this year and Dr. Wilsons office and her expertise over the years made his passing away less painful. They treated him with affection and me with all the accord of a first time pet owner. I had lots of questions but they made our trips enjoyable. I enjoyed meeting other "patients" in her lobby as well as seeing her staff interact with "regulars" and new patients alike. Its a great facility.

I love the staff at Columbia Belvedere! I have two chihuahua that are not the easiest animals to love and get along with. Dr. Wilson is very patient and take very good care of my dogs. My female just had her first litter of puppies and Dr.Wilson was not judgmental at all about my decision to allow my dogs to mate with each other. What the facilities lack in modernism, the staff makes up in care and compassion.

Dr. Wilson is an angel. She saved my baby. She was very patient and non judgmental. She truly cares for my dog like his is my child. She took the utmost care for him. She didnt give up when things looked bleak and kept me encouraged. Prices are affordable and she is willing to work with you. That made all the difference in my dogs recovery. I dont know where I would have been without Dr. Wilson. Thank you!

Dr. Wilson is the greatest!! My dog has been going to Columbia for 7 years and my cat for 12 years. We moved to Conyers and REFUSE to use any other Veterinarian, and we have one located less than a mile from our home. The staff are very friendly and they greet your pets by name. I highly recommend this animal hospital for treatment, boarding and everything in between!

Dr. Wilson cared for my pet years ago before I moved away. She has a gentle touch and my dog would give her so many problems. She was like a kid going to the doctors, I would have to drag her in everytime but Dr. Wilson would always smile and welcome her. I now finally have a new pup and we will see you soon Dr. Wilson!

Dr. Wilson is a kind, loving knowledgeable vet. Her office is small and homey, but the medical facilities are state of the art She knows the furbabies and their parents personally. You only see one Dr. Not somone different each time. You pay for treatment not overhead, so the rates are very reasonable.

The Doctor is very good. She knows her practice and her clients very well. Some by name! That was most impressive, and I hope to be one of the ones she knows by name. The staff took great care of my "furbaby". I wont take her anywhere else.
