I first visited Core Health Chiropractic several weeks ago when I experienced the most excruciating pain in my lower back. I literally was not able to walk, bend over, or even get out of bed without assistance. To be honest, even though I was in horrible pain, I was skeptical of going to a chiropractor, I just wanted to get pain Meds and be done with it... But Dr. Thigpen assessed my problem and educated me on the steps to recovery. After only a few sessions, I was able to walk again (without Pain Meds). At the time I thought, "its a miracle!" I couldnt believe therapy and natural anti-inflammatory supplements could help me so much! His friendly staff is also amazing from Kathy - in the front office, to Diane - the office manager who always makes sure Im comfortable, to Alex who is the best Massage Therapist I have ever encountered. She truly is a miracle worker!! Not only have they helped me with my pain, they took care of the insurance claim process and let me worry about getting better. I am thankful for finding Core Health Chiropractic, I will never go anyone else and will be recommending them to all my friends and family. Thank you Dr. Thigpen!!!!!

This evening was my first time visiting Core Health Chiropractic and if I could rate Dr. Thigpen & Staff more than five stars Id rate them at 101 stars. The staff & Doctor was absoutely phenomenal. When I say Dr. Thigpen adjusted my body SO good, I couldnt help but laugh at the comments I spoke because its been a looooong time since Ive been to a Chiropractor and lets just say Doc knows how to relieve the stress, aches, soreness, and make your body snap, crackle & pop in an amazing way. Lordy if only I could take him home with me omgoodness gracious Dr. Thigpen knows how to relieve the body. Best experience EVER. I Highly recommend everyone dealing with chronic back or neck pain of any kind to please support his practice and staff. You WILL NOT regret the experience I promise you. I began treatment at Core Health Chiropractic & Natural Medicine a few months ago. I was very skeptical at first since I had never received chiropractic care at all. I was having severe pain from a pinched nerve in my neck and shoulder. I was living off of IB Prophen daily and at times the pain was so severe I was unable to move, I was contorted and it was difficult to breathe. I had no idea the severity of my situation until after my x-rays were reviewed. After a few treatments I began to notice a change in my range of motion and I was feeling better overall. For about two months now I have not needed IB Prophen at all. The pain is GONE! Dr. Thigpen is absolutely AMAZING! He and his staff are very professional and very attentive to my needs. I would absolutely recommend him to everyone I know!

I came to CORE with some instability of the knee, from the moment I walked in I was greeted by Kathy and Dianne who were both exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. They took my info in before the appointment, and got me in quickly. Dr. Thigpen gave me some treatment options to discuss, and we picked a plan that was best for me, he knew more about what was going on with my body than I did. Doc is helping me develop stretching techniques that I can do on my own to help prevent the problems I was having (Notice i say WAS). And then I get to see Alex for my twice a week massage, she wont make it unbearable and will take it easy if it is too painful in certain spots. Also the office is new and fancy and doesnt smell like a Doctors office so that is definitely a plus!! Love this place!

I have 3 bulging discs in my neck and my physical therapist said that I most likely have at least one more in my back. Going to a chiropractor was very scary for me but finding the right Chiropractor makes all the difference. I recently moved to the Houston area and had been without an adjustment for way too long because I was afraid of not being able to find another great Chiropractor in the area. Dr. Thigpen is not only extremely professional and knowledgable, he also cares very much about his patients and their overall health. After my first adjustment from him I knew I found the right person! I would highly recommend him to anyone, no matter what their particular issues may be.

Dr. T is not only one of the best Drs but a genuine person.. He truly cares about his patients and friends.. The staff is amazing, always on time, and gets the job done. I went in for an adjustment and walked our feeling brand new.. Alex listened to me and customized the best massage just for me.. I have referred at least 5 people to them and everyone has expressed their gratitude.. It is hard to find good service but even harder to find good service and good people.. I was involved in a car accident recently and injured my back. I went to see Dr. Thigpen at Core Health Chiropractic. Him and his staff were very professional and helpful. He had me do some therapy exercises along with massage therapy and decompression. He adjusted my lower back and neck to realign everything back into proper place. If you are looking for a dr. that is knowledgeable in what treatments work for you, then Dr. Thigpen and his staff are the ones to see. Also his office is very inviting and relaxing to visit. You surely will not be disappointed!!

I came to Core Chiropractic and Natural Medicine after several months of severe pain in my upper left shoulder. After a complete evaluation by Dr. Thigpen including an MRI and X-Rays the Doc found the problem. After a week of treatment I started to notice improvement. The pain was actually going away. I am still receiving treatment due to the severity of the problem but I am making remarkable progress! The staff is wonderful , and I would highly recommend Core Chiropractic and Natural Medicine. Dr. Thigpen is the type to always be willing to listen and learn as well as share his own knowledge with those he comes into contact with.
