I was completely blown away by everyone in this office! Right when you walk in, the atmosphere is super relaxing. Its much nicer than the sterile environment that I am used to. The lady at the front desk (Angela) was so warm and welcoming. Carissa was my awesome nurse. She took me back, answered all my questions and numbed my face (thanks!). Dr. Fichtel was so amazing. She explained everything thoroughly and gave great advice. I was really impressed that my comfort was such a priority. They use numbing cream before every procedure! Ive never had that offered to me before. She even had the esthetician, Christopher do my makeup before I left. Everyone was so great and Im looking forward to going back soon!

Being as Dr Zirwas and staff are adjusting to a new office in Pickerington, I will give a benefit of the doubt. But lets just say, my first visit to the office was not the best of experiences. I posted a less than favorable review that laid out the difficulties I experienced with the office staff. Dr. Zirwas took immediate note and called me personally to apologize and assure me he would immediately address the issues.

When you walk into the office, it does not have a "medical" feel to it what so ever. You immediately feel relaxed and not nervous at all (for those who have the white cost syndrome). The staff is amazing and professional. The doctors truly know how to help their patients with their skin. I recommend this location hands down if your in need of a dermatologist and an esthitician!

This office is lovely and clean, the staff is courteous and professional, and appointments have always been punctual. Sherri Martin, PA is thorough and informative. Christopher Saint has helped me out with some AMAZING treatments/chemical peels. Ill definitely be back! Consider me a soon-to-be-regular.
