I contacted Little Eyes when my child had an eye injury after a fall. I spoke with Mary on the phone. She was very understanding toward my concerns and need for an urgent, same day appointment. Mary worked her tail off to get my child a same day appointment by asking Dr. Schuetz and Dr. Downey to rearrange their already booked solid schedule. It was so wonderful of both doctors to do everything in their power to accommodate us and I greatly appreciated it (especially since it meant theyd be treating yet another patient when they both had a full schedule). Each doctor evaluated my child with gentle care. They were thorough, patient, and kind. Our worst fears were eased. Their facility is clean and designed with kids in mind (toys and books in the exam rooms!). I highly recommend both Dr. Schuetz and Dr. Downey and I am extremely grateful for the services they provide to the children in our community.

Little Eyes is simply the best! Our 7 year old recently started OrthoK contact lenses after a year and a half of glasses. It can be really challenging for a 7 year old to put in hard contact lenses, but Dr. Schuetz and the Little Eyes staff were amazingly helpful, encouraging and supportive. Its incredible that the OrthoK contacts correct his vision overnight! He woke up with 20/20 vision after the first night wearing them and is so excited to not have to wear glasses during sports this spring and to be able to see under water in the pool this summer. I wish I had this option when I was young. Definitely worth every penny just for those reasons, but it will also prevent future deterioration of his sight. Thanks Little Eyes!

Dr. Schuetz is amazing! I started taking my children to her 10 years ago. She is wonderful with the kids and puts them at ease from the moment she meets them. She always greets them with a handshake and speaks directly to my kids, even when they were as little as 4. They are very thorough in gathering all kinds of information on the health of their eyes with the latest technology available. I have recommended Dr. Schuetz to many people and I will continue to do so.
