I always have the best experience when I go into the Family & Pediatric eyecare center. I havent even seen one of their doctors yet, and I recommend them to everyone! I ordered my glasses through them, which was such a pleasant experience. I wanted a specific pair of frames that they didnt have, and they ordered them for me, plus a few others to try, no problem. I had also ordered a pair of sunglasses offline, and took them in to see if they could put prescription lenses in- and they helped me match a great set and everything. Always quick adjustments on the fly. Love these guys!

Couldnt be happier with my toddlers experience with Dr. Coon and the entire staff we encountered. They are amazingly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I was very concerned about my childs eyes as he said they hurt and Dr. Coon answered all my (million) questions fully and graciously; she got him tested and triple checked the results and thankfully, he just needed glasses. I chose this doctor based on the positive reviews and Im very pleased in knowing I made the best decision! Seriously, theyre awesome!!

From the moment I walked through the door, the staff was extremely helpful. They were warm and welcoming- exactly what I had heard. I recently moved several hours away and had to switch doctors. I called to get my old prescription and the receptionist had it emailed to me in no time. I am blown away by the customer service that I received admitting up front that I no longer would be a patient. Hopefully one day I will be back and I will without a doubt return to FPEC.

I have had several eye exams around Grand Rapids for my contact lenses. This was by far the best I have ever had. The Dr. here took the time not only to re-fit my contacts but looked closely for signs of glaucoma which runs in my family. I really appreciated this because at other places I have been they were only with me for 10 minutes and didnt seem to address my concerns about the condition at all. I definatley plan on going back to this eye clinic!

This was my first experience needing glasses. The checkup was very thorough and their staff is very friendly and professional! Since I now have a new accessory to be obsessed with, :), they were very helpful in finding me and helping to decide which frames best fit my face! My glasses were ready in under a week and fit perfectly. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an eye doctor or looking for new styles of frames!

These guys are great! Very professional, convenient location downtown (they cover your parking). They have all the latest and greatest equipment for my annual eye exam and I moved my business from GR Ophthalmology when I moved downtown. They took good care of me and were never pushy with the options. Just informative and professional! I would highly recommend this practice for your eye care needs.

I love this office! Dr. Fonger is hilarious and Dr. Coon is great with kids. The staff are the most helpful people in the universe. I think I spent a little more here than at my old office, but my old office wasnt that great. So its worth it. Plus they worked to make sure I did get the best price by using two insurance plans I have that overlap. Im a big fan.

For a doctors visit, it was awesome. Beautiful office with lots of choices of eye glasses. The staff was very friendly and promptly worked through a few insurance questions that I had. And Doctor Coon was fantastic. Cheerful, bubbly, and very competent. We had a nice chat during the exam...and I felt like I had made a new friend. Highest marks!

My family has been with this practice for over 10 years and I couldnt imagine going anywhere else. The physicians take the time to educate each patient on their health while not rushing you through your visits. The front staff and technicians are eager to assist and make you feel very welcomed.

This was my first and final experience with this office. They are very disorganized and you will probably go back more than once for them to get your prescription right and on time. I hate to say it but youll be better off at Sears; they get it right the first time and are more affordable.
