My first experience was great. When I came back the next year for my annual, its been nothing but chaos. First the appointment was made on a day the doctor wasnt in - and I was not made aware the appointment had been changed. Next, the sample contacts which were supposed to be ordered and received 3 days later had never been ordered. 2 weeks later they were finally received. When I called saying this sample didnt work they said theyd talk with the doctor to see what he recommended. When I called back to find out I was told that I was supposed to have made an appointment to see him again. The next 2 brands werent available in store and had to be ordered, arriving a week after had been initially promised. Everything with this particular office has been painful - Definitely finding somewhere else for next year.

Beware of the Retinal exam. It is an additional exorbitant fee which is more than doubled the eye exam itself. My daughter and I were in for routine exams and we were charged different prices. Further, they confused my on what the total bill would be. I paid for all the services up front and thought I was finished. I received a bill 60 days later saying I still owed a copay of $40 per exam. Out total bill will end up being over $700 for two routine contact exams. If you use any Ossip facility, I would get everything in writing upfront. I would recommend Costco for 2/3 the price and a 20 minute visit.

They didnt answer my call when it was only an hour before closing time. How annoying and unreliable. I tried both numberes (0 and 1) and no one answered. I called (1) multiple times and got fed up and ended up calling (0). After that, I called (1) again and of course there was no answer. It was a total waste of my time. If one was to have an ocular emergency, or wants to call an optometrist to arrange an eye appointment, then this is not the place to call an hour before closing time.

What I love about Ossip is no matter what store you go to they have great people like Vay. I called this office for information at a different location and she was able to find my information and help me. Now I have not been to this location at all but knowing they have a great people like the other locations and its closer to me, I will be going there for SURE! I love my Oakleys too.

My husband and I have worked with folks at The Eye Doctors/Ossip on multiple occasions for ourselves and our children. The staff have always been courteous, friendly, and professional. Theyve helped the entire family select frames that are both attractive, on-trend, and age appropriate. Our completed orders always arrive faster than promised. We wouldnt go anywhere else.

They got me in for my appointment within the same week I called. The front staff was super friendly and helped me pick out frames giving me helpful and honest advice. I would definitely recommend this place!!
