I’ve been a patient of Dr. Arman’s clinic for basically a year now, and I would have loved to be under his care longer except I have to relocate for a new job in about a month! I met Dr. Arman because I wanted to try chiropractic care to fix a big muscle strain in my upper back. Not only that was fixed (without any medicine or unhealthy pain killers whatsoever!!) but Dr. Arman also educated me in taking care of my spine and how to maintain it healthy, while detecting also a secondary problem (an early onset of scoliosis in my upper back). Both my spinal problems, although in early stage, definitely would degrade fast if not tackled correctly. And chiropractic adjustments are, in my opinion, a great and natural way to address them! I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical at first. But Dr. Arman, through his care, patience, dedication and preparation (which I honestly wish I could see more in medical doctors!) made all that skepticism of mine go away, together with the pain… The proof? My back right now: I feel definitely better than a year ago! No more pains when I sit longer than usual, and better awareness on how to protect my spine and keep it healthy. If you’re looking for a good comprehensive chiropractic care in Chicago downtown I would honestly look no further. I do believe you get a more than excellent care for what you pay, making Dr. Arman’s clinic not a good choice in terms of “return on investment” but also as a center for healing through chiropractic care and beyond (his dry needling technique to heal a painful muscle of mine worked like a miracle!!). Finally, I wanted to mention that everybody in the clinic does a gorgeous job in keeping you taken care of from head to toe, bone by bone… :)

There’s are not enough words that I can use to express how I feel about Dr. Ashlin and his staff! At first I was very nervous about seeing a chiropractor but I had extreme lower back pain. It was to the point that I was unable to bend or get out of bed. So, I got the courage to see a chiropractor and scheduled an appointment at UWS on Streeterville. When I arrived I was greeted with such a warm welcome. The ladies at the front desk do such an amazing job. They make you feel at home and like you’ve known them for years. Dr. Ashlin and staff explained everything in great detail. I’ve been seeing Dr. Ashlin for a few weeks now and there has been such a huge improvement. Now I’m able to bend and get out of bed with minimal pain. After seeing such a dramatic difference in my life, I decided to have both my teenage boys see Dr Ashlin. My older son was complaining of extreme neck pain and my younger son had a lot of back pain. Both my boys expressed that Dr. Ashlin and his staff explained everything in a way that they understood the process and they really appreciated that. Now, after a couple of weeks, my older son no longer feels pain and my younger son says he doesn’t feel as much back pain. Both said that they love getting adjusted and are recommending that their friends see Dr. Ashlin for their pain as well. Thank you Dr. Ashlin and your staff for all the compassion that you have shown my boys and I! I had a couple massages with Lucy since my review and I have to say that she is amazing! She knew exactly where to massage and was able to get to those deep trouble areas in my lower back. I felt so relaxed and could instantly feel the difference in my back. I defiantly recommend Lucy!

This place is amazing and I have been going for chiropractic treatments for the past 2 years. I have some arthritis in my neck and a pinched nerve and with a job that requires a lot of sitting I was constantly in a lot a pain. I never believed in chiropractic remedies before but this place has made me a believer. They really give you therapy that works and arent just back crackers. They use also reflexology and kinesiology. Plus this cuts down on using pain medicine which I am not a huge fan of. Last but not least their massage therapist is like no other. Janita is great!! She really works your muscles and helps to relax you. She can tell what hurts and needs attention even if you werent aware of it. I highly recommend doing both therapies if possible.

If youre in need of an adjustment (you are trust me!) this is the best chiropractic joint in the city. The doctors are super knowledgable and take the time to really explain what is going on in your body, why youre experiencing pain, and how the treatment is going to work. I started care 4 weeks ago because I was experiencing headaches, upper back pain, and a hormonal imbalance that "traditional" medicine hasnt been able to figure out. Ive only just begun my treatment plan, but am already seeing signs of improvement. No headaches, improvement in my back pain, and am feeling more balanced than I have in years. Im so glad I found UWS!!

Dr. Ashlin has been my chiropractor for few months and can say he is great. I feel confident he is one of the best in helping people get their spine into shape. What I most apprechiate is that he takes time to explain things, goes into detail and clear on what it will take to get the results I want. If you are looking for a great chiropractor in the Chicago River North, Loop or Streeterville neighborhoods- this is your place.

I just got done with a massage with Lucy and I am very happy that I gave UWS a shot. I feel great! The massage was perfect: not too soft and not too hard. I am very pleased with the service. On top of that Lucy is a very friendly person. I would highly recommend her! Because of all of the great reviews I decided to schedule an appointment with Dr.Ashlin. I am positive he will be able to help with my neck and lower back pain.

The Universal Wellness Streeterville team is amazing. I have a busy work schedule that constantly changes, and they are always so accommodating! Dr. Arman truly cares about his patients, making sure to say hi and ask how youre doing every day. Kat is also fantastic. I missed a week because I was incredibly busy with work, and she emailed to check in. I wish I could give more stars!!
