In my early twenties, when I was dancing professionally, I suffered a dance injury that was excruciatingly painful throughout my lower back and pelvis. I was introduced to Dr. Ingham through a mutual friend and began seeing him for treatment. I had never seen a chiropractor before so I was not sure what to expect. After several treatments and making some changes with how I live my daily life - sleep, standing and walking patterns - the pain subsided and I began to feel literally more aligned. His work helped me to be a better and stronger dancer. That was 13 years ago. Since then, Dr. Ingham has seen me through several ankle sprains, muscle strains, two car accidents, and a host of other things. I have seen his practice grow and move over the years. Dr Ingham, however, has remained the same actively interested and caring Doctor for me. Some reviewers here were upset that he seems rushed when treating patients. He is undoubtedly a busy man, however, if you have a concern or question about something - your body, the process, or anything else - all you need to do is tell him or ask him. Ive asked him countless questions over the years and had lengthy conversations. When he sees that I am concerned, his focus is only on me- the patient in front of him. Now, I see Dr Ingham every 8 weeks for maintenance. When I am feeling great I will move my appointment out. When I suddenly need him, he is available immediately. I can always count on him and his staff to get me in whenever necessary. This is comforting as it is not the case with medical doctors! As with anything, however, we as patients have to be willing to take some responsibility for our own health, as well, and do what it takes to help the treatments along. If Dr Ingham gives you homework or suggests you try some small lifestyle changes you should try those things. Thats when youll start seeing the benefits of his chiropractic.

I started care at Advanced Spine & Sports Care February 2011. My initial complaint before starting care was back, neck and shoulder pain as well as leg neuropathy following chemotherapy.I had those symptoms for 2 years. The conditions/complaints that have improved are I am able to live an active life which includes travel. I can lift my luggage and thrive in an 18-hour a-day work environment while I’m on the road. I no longer have pain in my back, shoulder or neck. I am able to enjoy leisure activities such as walking and hiking pain free. I am stronger and feel confident that I can accomplish any task without difficulty. Symptoms that are completely gone are:Pain in the back, shoulder and neck are completely gone. I can walk without pain, which I thought would never happen.I would recommend Advanced Spine & Sports care because:Dr. Aho is a skilled doctor of chiropractic and his genuine care for his patients is the reason I keep going back. Eugene has helped me during my physical therapy before, during and after chemo. They treat the whole body, mind and spirit. The environment is so positive and the staff is so friendly, I consider them family. I have the greatest admiration for my whole team: Dr. Aho, Eugene, Belem and Jen. They are professional and provide the best care and understanding.

Ive seen four different chiropractors since my early twenties due to lower back pain that has resolved and then recurred some years later. Drs. Aho and Ingham are my current chiropractors. Im surprised to see any negative reviews here because the care that I have received from them has always been exemplary, and has been the best of any chiropractors Ive seen. I assume that the nature of chiropractic care may be misunderstood by some reviewers, and that the desire for an instant and permanent cure for back pain may be unrealistic. In my experience, my visits have immediately provided improvement in my pain and range of motion. It took several visits for the pain to go away entirely, and it got better with each visit. Ive also had repetitive stress pain in my "mousing arm" from working on a computer all day, and they were able to resolve that in just a few visits. The physical therapist and massage therapist are also highly knowledgeable and skilled, and have been extremely helpful in my rehabilitation. And all the staff, therapists, and doctors have always been very friendly. For anyone seeking chiropractic care, I recommend this place highly.

First of I am not sure why people have given this clinic such a good ratings!!!.. Dr. Ingham, that guy its in a wrong title career or something, should better be a sales person or something of that field... I swear I was better able to get information from the internet about my lower-back pain than that guy told me what was wrong with.. he just wants to set as much as possible appointments, doesnt really care about you as a person, treats you like he hates you, just weird. Not knowledgeable, not caring, will rip you off, and remember first thing he will try to scare you, tell you all the bad possible, throwing here and there medical terms so you wont understand. Then will use his business methods to get you to do the things that you wont need..and yea, he will crack one side of your back and the next the next visit.. basically tries to leave you as sick as possible so you go for more visits..then, make sure he wont double charge you as he did to me. I never write reviews but this had me too, hope you wont have the same experience as I did!!!

This place is the BOMB!! I have been suffering migraines for 15 years. I have gone to various doctors/chiros with only temporary relief. I went to Chicago Spine & Sports Care after Dr. Ingham gave a presentation at the firm where I work. He handed out cards for a free full evaluation, x-rays included. Everyone at CSSC is freakn amazing!! I had x-rays done and then Dr. Ingham explained in detail what was going on. He also explained the insurance/payment process. Although CSSC is a distance for me, I continue to go there. After the first week of treatment, I was feeling amazing! I have not suffered a migraine since February and Dr. Ingham found a couple of other issues that they have been treating. I am able to sleep through the night and actually started working out again. After every visit, I walk out of there feeling as though I have won the lotto. I am getting close to the end of my treatment but believe me, I will keep coming to them whenever an issue arises. I LOVE them!!!

I have been a long time ( 6 yrs) patient of Advanced Spine and Sports Care and I have to say the treatment I have received from Dr. Ingham and his staff changed my life. When I first came into the office I was in pretty bad shape. I had (ve) an L4 & L5 herniation, radiating pain while walking/sitting, as well as severe inflammation. Over the course of six months Dr. Ingham gave me individualized attention, accepted impromptu appointments when I was in severe pain, and also helped me coordinate additional care with other providers. I not only received care while at advanced spine & sports care but also priceless education about my injury and the changes I needed to make in my life. To this day I still utilize the information I learned when I first walked through those doors! I really appreciated the patience Dr. Ingham had with me when my injury was at its worse. He is truly a wonderful human being! I would recommend this place to anyone.
