I have been here three times. The first time, great experience for my 12 year old. Second time I walked out. We waited over an hour and a half for a cleaning, to get the run around on whether or not flouride was going to be used (my 12 year old was not to get flouride because of orthos request.) Went back ONE LAST TIME for a cleaning... waited two hours before the dentist even walked in the door. Kind of hard when you have two little ones under the age of five. Not a child friendly atmosphere. At all. Cant keep a two year old in a chair that long, they have no child friendly books or toys. So we took our own toys to play with quietly on the floor which was a huge mistake. She spilled a small handful of Cheerios on the floor by her chair and when I was scooping them up to throw them away, I also scooped up about 50 different peoples hairs. It was nasty. I have never been in a dentist office so dirty. The silk plant on the table was gray with dust. The magazines were full of hairs. There was a dead cockroach on the bathroom floor. Filthy filthy. To top it off, the receptionist was nasty and grumpy to my children who were not doing anything wrong, anything loud, anything out of the ordinary for their age. They just kept getting up out of their seats, I kept telling them to sit down and the receptionist stood up, loudly clapped her hands at them and told them "You WILL behave!" What a **%%. She thinks that because she smiled after that, its ok, but its not. And while my 12 year old was in the back, I was told I was not allowed to go back there because there were other patients and that it would be a violation of patient privacy rights. Say what? You have my child back there without parental supervision! I was only standing in the hallway while she was spitting in a sink. I wasnt "looking" at any other patients. This lady was so awful and rude. I will be reporting her. And I will NEVER go back to this filthy office again. Stay away. There are hundreds of more reputable dental offices in this city.

I had a very nice experience at Lovett Dental Westheimer. I had transferred from another location since I had moved from another part of town. Everyone was polite from the receptionist, office manager, to the Dentist himself. I was explained which treatments were required and the cost of each. In the past I have had Dental offices just lump it all together and give one price. Lovett Dental broke the list down in the order of importance and the price of each treatment so I could have a choice based on what I could afford to pay at that time. It made the process easy. I could then see then how I could fit the treatment into my life and budget. My wait time was not long and was seen within about 15 to 20 minutes of arriving and I had arrived about 15 minutes early so pretty much right on my scheduled time which was a first for me at a Dental office! I would recommend Lovett Dental Westheimer to my family and friends and did so to my sister already.

I was impressed the first time I received a phone call to confirm my appointment. I thought I knew the Lady. The message left on my voicemail was so friendly and warm. I was more impressed when I worked into the office. Every body had a smile on their faces. I have been trying to extract my tooth for 7 years but ended up with 03 failed root canals. All the dental offices I visited during those years only wanted to have money in their pocket. They did not have my well being in mind. All they wanted was to have me pay their expensive equipments. I was really happy with my visit at the Westheimer office of Lovett Dental. Thank you for helping me understand that there are still doctor offices out there who have patients interest in mind. I can write a book for my visit and I hope they will be my dentist as long as possible. I will let all my friends and family know what service I received here. Once again thank you.

I felt comfortable here. Wasnt like the typical dentist office...quiet and gloomy. The atmosphere here would be best described as positive and enjoyable. The staff was very friendly and polite, they answered my questions I had concerning the work that needed to be done to my teeth and helped by explaining my options. I expected a usual visit to the dentist but I was truly amazed at how they exceeded my expectations. Dr. Kenneth Rosario and his assistant did great work on my teeth. I will definitely be back to do business with them. Miss Abigail at the front desk was awesome. She was very friendly and happy. I really enjoyed my visit because of that. They also referred me to the best endodontist to work my teeth, Dr. Shadi Abedin. She knew what she was doing and did great work, Im glad she is affiliated with Dr. Rosario. Keep up the good work!

Y la chava que me hiso la limpieza tambien le falta experiencia.

I had my top right tooth knocked back and could not close my mouth with out hitting the tooth "ouch" i have not been to a dentist before, i did not know what to expect when i came to Lovett Dental they were able to see me it took a bit but that would be anywere when they saw me Dr Zilberman explain what happend to the tooth and what the treatment would be but just have to play the waiting game to see what happens once they saw me it was fast in and out the second visit showed that my tooth would be fine with a root canal the price was very reasonable and insured that it would be pain free that part has not happen yet but it gives me a peice of mind i would defiantly recommend this location for friendly staff and great service Thank you lovett dental

I had rather large, impacted wisdom teeth that just kind of snuck up on me (they were small the last time I got an x-ray at my old dentists!) Plus they were growing in sideways, so they hadnt surfaced. This made extraction pretty difficult. The Dr. got them out with as much finesse as one could given the situation. He explained everything he was going to do beforehand and while extracting, so there were no surprises or concerns. Needless to say, I was a little fidgety/stressed out. Its not a pleasant procedure no matter how you look at it, even if the tooth fairy herself is performing it. The assistant saw this and asked me if I wanted to hold her hand. That was so sweet of her! Hand holding is the best anesthetic. Very sweet and compassionate team all around <3
