My experience at North Point Mall on Sunday, September 27, 2014 was horrible. My family has been a loyal customer of this establishment for many years. My family has purchased 13 pairs of glasses from this business; however, I was treated by the manager of this Lenscrafters as if I had never done business with them before. I would rate my experience as a -10 on a scale of 0 to 10 with 10 being the best. My sons glasses are bent at the handle and I took it in for adjustments. Initially, I was told that she would try to repair but it may break. To that I responded ok because as they are now, my son could not wear them. The manager asked if I brought the protection plan and I said yes. Once she looked in the system and saw that my protection plan expired 2 weeks before, she was no longer interested in helping us. Needless to say, as I write this review, my husband is working on repairing our sons glasses so that he can have them to wear to school tomorrow. If they are not going to stand behind the products that they sell, then they should not sell them. After all, their prices are not cheap. I was not asking for a replacement....only for someone to look at them for repair. I will no longer patronize a business that treats me like a low class citizen and that is how I felt when I walked out with the managers sarcasm directed towards me. When I asked for the manager, she abrasively informed me that she was the manager. She even referred to me by the wrong name in the midst of her sarcasm in which I corrected her. I would suggest that you think twice and do your research before using Lenscrafters at North Point Mall. I wont anymore and I will tell everyone I come into contact with about my experience.

I went through 4 exams, prescribed contacts that caused multiple severe eye abrasions to the point where my eyes were so red it resembled pink eye and I kept getting eye infections. The 1st set of contacts that was prescribed were misdiagnosed. The doctor had me fitted a 2 1/2 year old prescription. After my regular physician prescribed medication for the numerous infections over a period of about 5 months and my eyes finally felt ok, I returned to the eye doctor to be fitted in the contacts. I am the patient! Therefore, I feel as if a patient says, "these contracts feel a little thick and its a little blurry" immediately, the doctor should have been concerned but she decided that it was a new pair of contacts and I would have to get used to it. Later that night after it was time to remove them, I found two contacts in my left eye. The package of lens that they gave me to put on before I left their office, (after what is now the fourth exam), had 2 lens attached to each other and I put them in my eyes and wore them all day. This became very irritating! My eyes were red, I had a headache for days following this and as usual I could wear contacts in my eyes. Back to square one! Too and insult injury, they charged me $50.00 for the mistakes that they made. I was told that it was for the exam because one of their other doctors checked my eyes. Considering the way that I have been treated, the lack of customer service and fairness, I could write a book! I just didnt know that they needed money from a struggling, poor grandmother so bed until they would scam me for an extra $50.00. BUYER BEWARE OF THE LENSCRAFTERS IN NORTH POINT MALL!

Wow, never thought I would be doing this review. I went to lenscrafters April 28,2015 ordered and paid for two pair of glasses along with eye exam. Well, the eye doctors are great very patient explained everything I felt I needed to know. I then went right inside the attached Eyeglass display and with my associate helping I found 2 pair of frames I liked ordered the glasses and with the pseudo "insurance discounts" I paid $800.00 .was then told the glasses would be ready in 10 business days. Lets see now, today is May 27,2015 the second pair of glasses have yet to arrive. I do understand it takes a while for them to send to order to Zenni optical in the Republic of China but I do not get any of the price benefit of that and stll waiting for the second pair. I did get a phone call some time a week or so ago and the message said something about they had trouble with the printer so the glasses arrived without the "transitions" Ok, I think anyone reading this will realize I have been more than patient before posting this review but $800.00 later and a "PRINTER" is the reason, sorry I cannot buy that If I treated my customers with such lack of interest they would BEAT FEET and so if I ever get this resolved I will do the same.

HORRIBLE LENSCRAFTERS. I bought a pair of Ralph Lauren glasses here over a year ago. I had constant problems with the frames. I had purchased a warranty so they replaced the glasses for a $25 fee. The new Ralph Lauren frames had constant problems as well. Every few weeks I came into this store to have the right lens placed back in the frame. I told them there was something wrong with this frame as well. I have other glasses that I have purchased at Costco and never had a problem. Every time I came into the store this year to replace the lens they told me there was nothing wrong with the frame. Finally, the lens popped out in the dark one night and I could not find it. Today they said they will not honor the 1 year warranty on the new frames. I have to buy a whole new set of glasses. The manager, Monica, was extremely rude and said there was nothing else she could do for me and walked away. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LENSCRAFTERS! THEIR PRICES ARE OUTRAGEOUS, THEIR GLASSES HAVE CHEAP FRAMES, AND THEY DONT HONOR THEIR WARRANTIES. I WENT TO COSTCO AND GOT ARMANI FRAMES FOR 1/2 THEIR PRICE AND NO ATTITUDE FROM A SLOPPILY DRESSED, UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER!

Horrible customer service. They gave me 3 different pick up days and still didnt have my glasses on time. They messed up the lense after having them late. I tried to go get it checke/corrected and pretty much kicked me out saying they were closed one hour before they actually closed. Ive been getting my glasses at LensCrafters for years and I have never been treated so disrespectfully and just plain terrible. I will never EVER go back to that location and certainly not recommend to anyone.

I would rate no stars for this Lens Crafters, and after my recent experience, I will never choose Lens Crafters again. I was assured, now that they do not make same day eye glasses, that I would receive my eye glasses in 7-10 days (could be earlier!). I am now in my second week being told they were lost in shipment and they re-ordered them. SO.... more like 20 days? I also have received horrible customer service. Dont wait for them to call you back. They wont
