This an addition to the previous review I posted about a year ago. Last January, my husband had a car accident. He hit his head and although he didnt have any damage, he whined a bit and was seen by Dr. B. He came away with a very expensive prescription: more than $400 for one cc. (There are 30 ccs in an ounce. Very very small amount, 1cc.) We assumed there must be something pretty serious wrong and filled the prescription. Even the pharmacist and techs were alarmed. We felt grateful to have been treated to such good care. My husband used the drops religiously. I then found I could get 5ccs of the same stuff in Canada for about $100, a considerable savings (but still more expensive than gold!). About the time it got here, my husband saw our optometrist. We asked about the medication and he said, oh, you can get the same stuff over the counter at Target, you just have to use it twice a day instead of once. It costs less than $14! Well, s##t! This tells me that Dr. Bs strongest affiliation and allegiance is to his pharmaceutical reps. He knew the drug he prescribed was "aleve for the eye," a simple nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory. It also said quite a bit about the "seriousness" of my husbands eye problem. In short, he treated the whine with a big ticket eye drop. And we trusted him and fell for it. I wont ever see him again. I wish I had the guts to go see him and tell him what I think. This is a barely passable substitute. Find someone else.

He performed my LASIK and I couldnt be happier. He did a great job and my ophthalmologist can barely see the scar! Vision has held up. Highly recommend for LASIK.
