National Biovet is run by abusive and inconsiderate individuals. They are known for violating labor laws and enslaving employees and they have gotten away with those unethical practices for many years; It is time to bring it to the attention of the Department of Labor in order to stop the injustices that take place at National BioVet. This employer doesnt give its employees any paid vacation or sick days, never fully pays its employees for the hours they worked (e.g., employees work 40 hours a week and gets paid 35 hours), and even makes employees work during unsafe circumstances including hurricanes. While official authorities in the state of Florida urged all employers to release their employees so they can go home and prepare for the hurricane, National BioVet is putting their employees life at risk by making them drive to work in the midst of a hurricane storm, and forcing employees to work a regular shift during the hurricane. This is not only inhumane and inconsiderate but it is also very unsafe. National Biovet needs to get reported to the Department of Labor for being so abusive with its employees.

The staff is very nice but the owners are horrible people to work for. They are bullies, they yell at their employees infront of everyone and make you feel inferior. Shame on them that they run a business in this manner. They should be closed down! No wonder they have such a high turnover. Will never recommend them to anyone.

The company is run by a complete and total scumbag. Only interested in profit with no knowledge of how to run a business or how to communicate with people.
