Im a difficult patient to find veins for blood to be drawn. The staff listen. The staff works with you. I requested to have a heating pad of some kind to prepare my arms as Ive read that it helps blood flow better. They right away brought me a small bag that heats up while you rob it in your hands. I felt that I was not being ignored or that I was bothering the staff. When it came time to draw blood, my vein was not cooperating "choker" but the lady was kind and drew the blood from the upper side of my hand ( where an IV would be placed). She got my vein on the first try! Im prpud to say that left happy for the first time to have my blood drawn. I dont even have black and blue areas in my arm. Yay!!!

The "WORST" customer service is VERY unprofessional!!! Made an appointment and still had to wait hours! The lady at the front desk is VERY RUDE!!!! I just experienced my 2nd visit there tried to give my 1st visit benefit of doubt and just say maybe it was Monday and they just over scheduled - UUmm nahhh Went today and the same service!!! The people at the front desk really the lady that sit at Window 2 is VERY rude and need to be educated on how to deal with patients! This is NOT the job for her, she needs to be in an area that she does not have to deal with people shes def not a peoples person... he attitude SUCKS!!!! and I truly believes shes races!

Get ready to wait hours to get your blood drawn, then weeks to get the results! You would be better off paying more than herded and seated like cattle in a third world office environment. You get what you pay for! Also, there phone number sends you into their fax machine, no live answer or even option to leave voice mail, just a loud piercing tone when you call their number. Good luck!

All you complainers probably didnt set up your appts. on the pc. I have come in, gotten my labs done, and Im out in 30 minutes. Set up your appts. online! I agree, it is a 3rd-world setting, and I feel sorry for you if you dont speak spanish, but hey, its convenient to my home. Besides, most of the clerks and techs do understand english, I think!

Descrimination on the part of the Cuban personnel. They serve without appointments only the Cuban citizens, to the other citizens they discriminate them, the personnel breaks the rules when to attend the Cuban is treated, poor Miami in my face and in front of me, Ms. Cuban give her the appointment and I am denied because I am not Cuban.

I have never been to any business that treats their customers with such disdain. Just went to drop off a sample and the clerk could not manage to treat me respectfully and get the job done. I hope that they get replaced by the insurance companies so their clients can be serviced properly. Shame.

I almost pass out waiting for them to call me. I was there for hours, finally decided to go someplace out from Quest Diagnostics, same experience. Better to change insurance and get a company that does not deal with this labs. Horrible!!!!

I have been using this service for years and never have had a problem. I make online appointments and am usually out within 10-15 minutes after arriving. My doctor has the results within 2-3 days. What they do...they do well!

Ive been coming here for a long time to do blood work for my mom. the place is clean, the employees are courteous and its always a pleasant visit. only issue is you need to make appointment. but they ARE THE BEST.
