Waited 1.5 hours with ZERO people in front of me on a Saturday. Really no one else there but me. After being seen for less than 5 minutes I was told my back spasm was to severe and I needed to go to the ER. I was told by the front desk I would not be charged since they could not help me. Well that was all a lie. I went to ER received a muscle relaxer shot and was fine in 10 minutes. Two weeks later I received a bill and even after calling to discuss was told that unless someone from the front desk from Weston Urgent Care who helped me on that day would vouch and say I was told to go to the ER then I had to pay the bill. Funny, I tried 4 times to talk to someone from that day and was always told no one was working at that time from that day. Ended up just paying the bill and will not go back. Cant believe they blew me off and charged me. I should have listened to all the other people who have warned me about this Urgent Care.

I came to the Urgent Care clinic with my son, who had a very bad cough, fever and respiratory difficulties. We got here at 10 am and only at 11:30 am (an hr and a half later!) the nurse took his vitals. When I asked why was it taking so long, they told us that they still didnt get an answer from our medical insurance, and they could only called us in after they answered. It was only after we paid for our visit that the nurse called us. After that, we waited for another 40 min for the Dr. Apparently our emergency was not important for them. May I mention that the waiting room was empty when we arrived, only one patient before us, and that they even called in people that arrived after us, before calling us. Very disappointed with the clinic and part of the staff!

They were wonderful! The best urgent care around. They are staffed with real MDs not practitioners or PAs. Went for the first time last week. My 7 year old had Strep. Dr. Ash was wonderful with her and even personally called the next day to see how she was feeling. A couple days later I called and spoke to the nurse to get a new decongestant. She was so helpful and I got right through to her to get my questions answered. Hopefully I wont need to go back but if I do they are definitely my new Urgent Care.

This is the most unprofessional health establishment Ive ever gone to. I had to wait 2 hours to be seen when there was only 4 people ahead of me. The doctor doesnt see patients, only nurses do. and after being called and checked they made me wait in the room for 30 minutes. When I tried to leave they asked me to please go back to the exam room and wait because they werent done.. NEVER AGAIN!

Absolutely ridiculous wait time here! Came for a hand x Ray which is less than a 5 minute procedure, but the check in to register took 50 minutes!! They had a number of people working so I have no idea what was taking so long. And now i had to pay instead of them billing insurance first! Now I will have to waste time trying to get that $12 reimbursed! We wont be back.

Very poor , not professial at all , employees are slow , and the Doctor lacks concern . Will never return!!! Receptist was not qualified to work there, she looked at the same document for 30 minutes like the answer was going to jump out to her , when asked she said it was the computer, I know it was the USER / HER not the computer!!!

Fast in & out time! Less than an hour including my sons X-ray! Nursing staff are super nice and extremely compassionate. The doctor, Dr. Ash was so good with my son and had a wonderful bed side manner. I am so happy that the Urgent Care is close to home. It surly beats going to the ER!

Should have read recent reviews before deciding to go. Had been here before, but never had to wait this long. 3 hours before I saw nurse practitioner just to get antibiotic. Never again.

This is where I got the wrong shot in the urgent clinic. Due to this I have been suffering for 8 years now. Horrible experience. Thanks to this place I was made sick.
