Be careful of physical exam charges! My husband and I went there for our annual physical exams a couple months ago. We were new to the area, and we found this place on our insurance website. Its in-network, and the physical exams should have been fully covered according to our insurance agreement. Our previous physical exams everywhere else have been full paid by our insurance company. However, Brevard Health Alliance (BHA) billed us $64 each person for just going over the exam results, while doing the physical exams were paid by our insurance company. We called BHA twice asking them to put "going over exam results" as part of the physical exam, but the staff said going over the exam results is counted as a separate follow-up appointment after the physical exam. They said "its no big deal and they count towards deductible anyway." Our insurance company also called BHA to ask them to change the code so it can count as part of physical, but BHA staff said they didnt know how to do that. In the end, we got tired of fighting for this issue. We had to pay for them. The experience at BHA wasnt very great either. We had a great nurse check the basics, but we waited for an hour for the doctor to go over the results with us at the "follow-up" appointment, just to hear "everything is fine". Overall, our experience with BHA was bad.

The staff here is wonderful with the exception of Sandra Savage. Because of her lack of work ethic my rating for her is a negative 5. I have been respectful and patient with her ip until recently regarding a fax for my pain management referral which I have been waiting for for over a month now. She has hung up on me mid conversation on the phone in retaliation for me reporting her to her supervisor for not answering or returning my calls which made her even more reluctant to be productive. Im awaiting 6 surgeries possibly more and I have resorted to drinking alcohol until I pass out when the pain is unbareable. They should not hire people who dont care about others to work in the medical field...especially when its a place for public assistance. Some people mistakingly take kindness for weakness. Above all i hope her underestimation of my kindness leads her to a better work ethic or a more suitable means of employment such as a prison guard. The doctors however, and extended faculty members have been very helpful, caring and good at assistance.

They are very professional, I have never had to wait and I believe they are some of the best dentists I have ever seen. All the low star reviews I dont understand. I have been there 5 times already and every appointment I waited less then 10 minutes to get in and was out within 30 to 45 minutes and that is with major dental work being done. I salute the staff at this location. The followup is great and the appointment reminders are on point. I get them via text.

They cut off my meds because they havent seen me in a long time but they never told me to come in or make an app.Then i make an app and the girl on the phone said she would call in my bloodwork to the hospital so i could bring my results to my appointment.I get up at 6am drive to the hospital they dont have a clue why im there total waste of time .You have to be very diligent and do everything yourself.

The Drs are caring and take their time but it is almost IMPOSSIBLE to reach anyone at the office by phone and they dont even attempt to work around anyones schedule. If you need to get seen by them do not leave a message, they dont return calls until 7pm. Keep calling until you get through to someone - which usually takes about half an hour

Awful!! They dont have.it.together. They do not return phone calls in a timely manner. They do not follow.through with important matters. I have waited almost 2 hours when I had an appointment. The most unprofessional group Ive ever had to deal with. Looking for new provider as we speak.

is ridiculous that a patient at 45 minutes just to make appointment then turn around a voicemail come up just leave your name and number they get back to you that a lie I had wait hold day for someone to call me back make appointment this freaking ridiculous they need to get together

I didnt even want to give one star. Worst doctor Ive ever been too, I have never had a doctor piss me off as bad as Mangra did. I would truly not recommend her. My whole experience was wonderful until she ruined it for me, I would NEVER go back to her.

They had to give themselves five stars! Way to complain about but the biggest one is will never answer your call and never call you back when you leave a message. The staff and some! of nurse practitioners are very nice but that is it!
