This is a very unprofessional Vet. They will overcharge for everything and do procedures just to run up the bill. I had just brought my dog from the groomer, who told me he had a slight ear infection, but there was NO Swelling, NO reddness or odor so it was a brand new one. I already had a apt. to get a rabies vacination for my dog so I asked if Dr. Kuppe Nagaraj if he would check him out, this was the same day he was at the groomer. He said the ear infection was soooo bad that he HAD to put him under to clean it. He showed it on the screen, I saw NO REDDNESS or SWELLING just a little wax. The assistant backed him up and said it was REALLY bad. He said the medication would not work unless I did this EXPENSIVE procedure. I love my dog so I agreed. They called me to pick up, I arrived right away with my little girl. Dr. Kuppe Nagaraj was waiting for me. He started yelling at me saying I neglected my dog for a year, he said both his eardrums were busted and there was so much infection he could not do anything. He yelled that this was at least a year of neglect. I told him I disagreed, and did not appreciate being repremanded for something that was not true, he goes to a groomer regularly and they also saw no problem. He started talking about me sueing him, and that is when I suspected that he had done something wrong to my dog. I quietly walked out with my dog and little girl, she was crying now because she believed her dog was dieing. We believe the Dr. Kuppe Nagaraj puctured my dogs eardrums during this procedure. So Please if you love your pet, like I do, do not bring them to DR. Kuppe Nagaraj or any of the Banfield Clinics!

I had a terrible experience. My dogs are very well taken care of, in fact they are spoiled! I went to banfield to get updated on shots. When I was brought into the room, the vet tech proceeded to drill me with questions on why my dog was not up to date on shots, using a tone that assumed I was a neglectful dog mom. I asked for 3 vaccines. They proceeded to give a 4th one that was unnecessary. When I told him I did not want that particular vaccine he denied my request and said that it was mandatory. I know for a fact that it is not because my older dog has never received it. Do not go here. The staff is rude. The prices are terrible.

I havent been to this clinic since soon after they opened. I asked the veterinary assistant for some advice and was rudely told that if I wasnt purchasing something, or setting up an appointment, that they didnt have time for me. I was actually going to make an appointment and purchase some flea/tic medicine but was so put off I didnt. I walked out with my puppy and I never looked back.

They have a very nice staff but theyre just out to get your money. One visit is $45.95 and when I asked for a deworming, they required that I came back another 2 times for the 2nd and 3rd deworming. I felt very uncomfortable turning down all the options for deworming and they were still trying to get me to do an extra test. If youre looking to save money, keep looking.

Rude Staff Called to ask a question and girl totally blew me off, she wasnt even sure what I was asking. She sounded confused and lost. Sounded like she just gave me a random answer.
