I had my first child with another care provider in Burlington. The experience during labor was really bad and left me with wound infection, so I decided to change to Winchester OB/Gyn for my second pregnancy. Overall I dont think Winchester OB/GYN is that good either. The wait time is horrendous. I had waited an hour and no one come to tell me how much longer I had to wait. They dont give me any reading material to prepare for my pregnancy. I also dont remember everything from my previous pregnancy. Compared to my previous OB, this one is very lacking. When you call their office, no one picks up the phone. You have to dial the doctors extension and it goes to the voicemail. I left the voicemail and expect a call back, but it never came. I wish I didnt come to this place. It seriously need a lot of improvement. Therere other places that provide much better care than this.

Dr Curiale has the worst bedside manner. When I went into labour, she was on call and she was my doctor. By the time i got in the hospital, she had an emergency c-section but after she her shift was over, she didnt even bother coming by to just tell me she is leaving for the day. And no doctor came to check on me for several hours! Even the next 2 days after my delivery she didnt bother stopping by to see her own patient and I know from the nurses that she was in the hospital. She also didnt read my previous medical report about my c-section which alerted another doctor about not trying vbac. She never pointed this out when talking about delivery this second time. I also didnt care about the practice. Its impossible to talk to someone. You have to leave a message and then theyll call you back.

I was a patient of doctor Bose for my first pregnancy. I have seen reviews here mentioning long "wait times". I did not personally experience that with Dr. Bose but I would consider her to be worth the wait. I would go to my OB appointments on my lunch break and never had an issue returning to work on time. I worked for Winchester Hospital for over 5 years and chose her to be my doctor for prenatal care because she has a reputation among hospital staff for being one of the best. I also had the most pleasant encounter with Dr. Druga on an unexpected visit to L&D. His bed side manner left a lasting impression. He was very kind and and had excellent eye contact. Bottom line is that I would highly recommend this office.

They never pick up the phone when you call so plan to play phone tag if you arent right by your phone when they finally call back. My doctor didnt seem to care about my birth plan (even though I had a successful vbac, it seemed unlikely some doctors in this office would approve of me having another). Doctor was short, cold, and even at times accused me of not following instructions on blood work that came back wrong (how is that my fault??) I had to change offices before giving birth because I have no confidence in this office. Was told I was "at risk" for several things and then when I called because I was concerned, they would act like I shouldnt worry?? Awful.

Dr Curiale is the best doctor I have ever had. When things started to go down hill with my first delivery I knew she was going to do what was best for me even if it wasnt the "easiest" solution, which made a stressful situation so much more manageable. If it was not for her I am sure it would have ended with a c-section. She is extremely intelligent and compassionate. I appreciate how real but easy to talk to she is. The bottom line is pregnancy is hard and dangerous and you just want to know you are in good hands. I absolutely found that with Dr. Curiale. LOVE her!

I have been fortunate to say that the staff here are very friendly .... the wait time I realize is beyond anyones control .... i do enjoy reading the cooking magazines while I wait.... the doctors, nurses and nurse practitioners I some where more personable then others with that being said u just need to find right doctor who suits ur personality....
