Dr. Vikas Merchia is a very skilled physician. I had to go through hysterectomy 3 years ago at age 38. Dr. Merchia was very good and thorough in explaining the process & procedure of the surgery. He has excellent bedside manner, I still remember nurses wheeling me for the surgery and Dr. Merchia was there alongside pushing my bed to the OR. I cannot forget how relieved I was to see my doctor. He is a wonderful, smart and caring doctor and treats his patients like family.

Delivered my 1st baby n reciently had my 2nd daughter thru his office . He was okay aside from not sending my paperwork thru to the hospital next door and making the nurses think I had no prenatal care inreturm caused them to notify dcf 4 no reason it was usetting at the time but now I laugh abt it ...well not the dcf part tho Im still upset abt that.

Dr Merchia, by far best doctor around, extremely knowledgeable. Very thorough. Great staff! If you need a caring specialist go see him.
