I came hear to get the birth control implant for my arm, and had to do a routine pap smear as well. Ive always had issues with pap smears, but Dr. Chun was very kind and professional, and I felt the most comfortable I probably could with such an awkward procedure. Best experience with a gynecology exam by far. Dr. Chun listened to what I wanted from my birth control option, and was respectful of my choices. He counselled me on side-effects, etc, and I felt very in control in picking a method that worked for me based on his advice. I have a huge needle phobia, but he made the procedure very pain-free and I felt confident in his ability. The implant sight healed quickly with no issues. I have a follow-up appointment in a little bit to discuss how it is working for me, but two months in I have had very minimal side effects. I feel that Dr. Chun is good at what he does because he genuinely cares about and respects the patients. Finding a good ob/gyn is difficult, and I got really lucky finding Dr. Chun.

I was referred to Dr. Chun to remove what I thought was just a simple cyst on my ovary. It turned out to be a much more complicated procedure than he or I had expected. Throughout the whole process, Dr. Chun showed the utmost professionalism with an easy going nature and I felt very confident in his capable hands. He was always available to answer any questions I had before and after the procedure. We had a great rapport because he treated me as the “whole person” and not just the symptoms that brought me to him. I have recommended him to friends and will continue to do so in the future.

Dr Chun and his team are probably the best Ive ever had. He sympathizes and empathizes w you, and tries to make you feel better if you have any issues. I have a recurring condition that requires outpatient surgery to fix for short term relief. Hes been there for me and helped me find some relief. Even though Ive moved I will absolutely go back to him for further treatment. I havent found anyone else like him and would recommend him a hundred times over

He explains thing in laments terms and always calls once he gets test results, regardless whether good or bad...No one looks forward to the annual exam, especially me, yet when I get there, he and his staff are always so nice, down to earth that definitely help easy the pain of the exam.
